They told us they would come do our estimate one day, didn't come until the next day without letting us know. They rescheduled 3 times and called us on the 3rd rescheduled date and said our water heater wasn't in and it would be 4 more days or we would have to pay $1,000 to have a bigger tank installed. Would not recommend. We had to move our schedules around so much and went without hot water for 2 weeks waiting on these people.

Andrew installed Water supply and drainage, and venting for the stacked washer and dryer. He worked quickly and professionally went above and beyond in connecting up the dryer vent. Extremely pleased with the work

Fixed my issue that I was having with a leak. They do free quotes and that was the best part because I wasn’t sure whether I needed a plumber or someone else. Will definitely use them in the future!! Also, I priced against someone else and they offered the lowest prices.

Didn't show until a day after the appointment and texted to tell me so without identifying himself, so I had to guess to whom I was responding. Charged much more than the company I had used previously for the same problem. Then texted me on my phone without my approval asking for this review. Wow.

Not only did he quote me about half the price for my main sewer line to be replaced. But he waved the cost of the initial camera inspection that reveled the reason it was backed up. Professional and prompt digging out my sewer line and even replaced the grass with sod when he was finished. He and his staff were exactly what you'd want from a company of strangers in your home. Don't live with those old, nasty looking shower tiles anymore! Make that one call to Pierpoint Plumbing and you'll be on your way to a bathroom makeover. It's so easy and affordable to have your entire tile look replaced with a new, modern design. I was able to do my entire tile renovation in just one day by myself at home. The best thing about these new tiles is that they're matte grey without any little golden flecks. I wanted a tiled bathroom with a dark and moody feel. Pierpoint Plumbing will come out to your home and do the tile installation in just one day.

The gentleman that replaced our water heater were some of the friendliest and good working people I’ve had do something to my house. The quality of work the did was spot on and they even fixed stuff that was done by previous owners incorrectly to make our system better and safer.

EDIT: After posting my original review, the man who came to do the work reached out to me personally to refund me the money spend on the labor. I feel much better knowing he did his part in apologizing and following through on customer service. I'm glad we got the miscommunication cleared up.

I recently contacted this company for a quote on my main water valve. We just bought the house and the inspector stated that the valve was leaking. I called Pierpoint in addition to a few other companies for a QUOTE ONLY. When we spoke on the phone, I told the guy who came that I just quickly wanted to resolve the issue and I needed to get quotes ASAP. Not only was he an hour late, but when he came, he started looking at things and touching the pipes. He just started working on the valve, clearing off corrosion. I just stood there watching, while I figured he was just looking to see where the leak was or what he needed to fix. He then stood up, said he needed to tighten things and that was it. It was $100 bucks for 3 minutes of, what I thought was, an inspection to give me a quote. I'm a new home owner and I felt extremely uncomfortable telling him that I didn't think he deserved $100 when all I wanted was a free quote. So I paid him uncomfortably. He did fix the problem, so I'm thankful for that, but I honestly feel very taken advantage of. A company should never belittle a client nor make them feel uncomfortable when they speak up about only wanting a quote and forcing payment for labor I did not authorize.

Hands down the worst company I've ever done business with. The company is very unprofessional. There is little to no communication with the customer. They showed up a day and a half after they were scheduled then proceed to charge me $200 for 20 mins of work and refuse to provide a break down of the charges. I 100% would not recommend.

These guy got us out of a bind, I hired another company this morning and they came out looked at it for a little bit and was like nope can’t fix it but still charged me a 100, theses guys made sure to come this afternoon and on time and was giving us a discount because of the other guy charged me and didn’t do anything, so they fixed the problem and told us what to do to maintain it.

Did a wonderful job at a reasonable price. They even came back to fix a minor leak at no charge.

They were did quick and fantastic job replacing our water heater

We were having problems with water coming from under a toilet when flushed & water backing up in the washing machine drain. I selected Pierpoint based on their reviews. They responded right away & were very professional. Turned out not only did we need a major repair to the sewer line in our front yard as a result of work done by another company, but Austin discovered so did both houses on each side of ours. Austin did not hesitate to contact the company & make all arrangements for the repairs. I will definitely use Pierpoint for any future plumbing needs. They are also VERY reasonably priced.

Washer water box remove and replace. Drywall removal required. A lot of drywall dust was left on the laundry room floor & wasn’t noticed after job completion & the technician already gone. Management responded immediately. Now this is great customer service! Thanks.

My basement drain was clogged and half of my basement was flooded. Pierpoint got someone out the next day and fixed the problem, told me how to prevent it in the future, and offered to come back out at no charge with a bigger machine if the problem wasn’t fixed. Having dealt with plumbing issues over the years, I have to say that Pierpoint Plumbing are the best sprinkler backflow plumbing company in town. I called them up last week because my sprinkler system had been totally clogged and they showed up in less than an hour and had everything up and running again within an hour. It was a great experience from start to finish.

William came out and auger and scoped my main sewer line as it was backing up. He showed up on time came in and got the job done fast and efficient and explained the situation of what was going on after he was done to me. Highly recommend pierpoint plumbing very friendly, knowledgeable and affordable.

William did a great job replacing a cast iron drain under my floor for a laundry drain, tied back in laundry drain, and re-pipe the kitchen drain pipe under my crawl space along with installing a PRV valve. He was very professional and kept me updated on his progress. Although this was supposed to be a one day job it took 2 days to complete which I wasn't happy about because I had to wait a week for him to come back and finish the work since there wasn't any earlier availability. Besides that the people at Pierpoint Plumbing were all nice and wonderful.

I had them out for what I thought would be an estimate for drain repair after a competitor attempted to clean the line but could not. Pierpoint was able to clean the line , where the other company could not.

I filled out and ask for assistance with a leak between my hot water connection and my water shut off. It was a steady drip that I had been having an issue for a while being that it destroyed a vanity by rotting the wood. Zach called me back and told me how I was able to fix the issue if I got a couple of items from my hardware store. That would have been enough, but Zach went above and beyond by texting with me step by step instructions to complete the job myself.
This is amazing service that will definitely have me calling Pierpoint whenever I have any plumbing concerns or projects.

Repair of drain pipe off water heater

Very poor communication and hard to reach. If you have urgent need, save your aggravation and find someone else.

Austin is owner and is making decisions behind the scenes. However he was never available to talk. I had to communicate with his employee, who does not have authority to make any decision. Getting a firm commitment is like pulling hair.

I had some emergency plumbing needs. Got hold of his employee, and tried to get a quote and a schedule. Trying to get my question answered is at least 24 hours because owner won't talk and employee needs to get his OK for every question.

The only time I was able to talk to Austin was when I told them they are not needed. Since I did not hear from them for more than a day for my emergency, I hired someone else. This is when Austin called me and tried to reason with me how I mistreated him and do not bother to call him for work again. Be professional and get back with customer in a timely manner. That is all needed.
