Loren was extremely kind and understanding. I gave them a call in the morning and by 8:00 PM everything was fixed. Competitive pricing and they definitely know what they’re doing.

We have a home warranty and discovered a leak in the pipes that connect to our water heater. The damage caused makes it a near certainty the heater will need to be replaced. Our warranty company assigned a different plumbing company to address the issue but we had no water and they couldn’t be out until tomorrow morning. Loren, knowing we couldn’t use him for the replacement, still came to our home AFTER HOURS and made sure we had water AND the leak was stopped!
I will be petitioning our warranty company to add Royal Flush to our plan immediately!!

Although it wasn't a plumbing problem, they came out to hook up our hot tub. Come to find out the wires weren't long enough so they couldn't do it. They didn't change us for the trip, which is super awesome in this day and age!!

Contacted Royal Flush upon discovering a leak from our shower. They scheduled a time to inspect and showed up. The technician cut a hole in our garage to gain a better look, but also cut through a live electrical wire. Technician said he would have to cone back because he did not have all the necessary parts. 1 week later and no word. My wife called and the company said they were busy, but had not forgotten a about us. Another week, still no contact. During the fourth week, we contacted again and they said,” I know what you are calling about, just send us the bill.”

We contacted a different local plumbing company, Quality Plumbing. They fixed the issue in under an hour and were extremely professional. Also, had to contact an electrical company, Mr. Sparky, to fix the cut electrical cord.

I sent the invoice for the electrical work to Royal Flush for reimbursement, but have not heard a response. Which is fine, but not professional.

I recently purchesed a house that has original toilets and all of them were having problems. The drainage hose for the diswasher was also installed incorrectly. Loren came by and promptly took care of all the issues. I highly recommend them and will be using them for any future plumbing needs.

I have been having issues with my pipes draining and after a quick conversation with them they knew the issue. New home owner & my garage pipes froze for the first time. I wasn’t too concerned until I saw a large block of ice under my sink & was worried my pipes had burst & that I possibly needed to shut off the main water line. Everyone I called told me it would be 48-72 hours before someone could come out. Loren and Khanin made it out same day late in the evening to check it out. Turned off the water source to the sink thinking that’s where the frozen water came from & unhooked my washing machine since the hook ups were frozen. Didn’t need to shut off the main water- happy to still have water in the house. The guys did a great job trying to trouble shoot the problem & put my mind at ease, they were friendly as well. Loren saved us!!!! At 1:00 in the afternoon, we discovered we had a leaking valve on the pipe going into our water heater, and the water was steadily collecting all over the floor of our basement. The plumbing company that was assigned to us by the home warranty advisor was not able to come out until the next morning. We were forced to shut off the water to the house and were facing freezing temperatures that night. We called Royal Flush and Loren came by the house that evening at 8:00 pm after working all day and fixed the valve. He is our hero!!! So grateful.

The Royal Flush is a superior plumbing company in the Northland! They are professional and experienced. They take time to talk about what the problem is and offer affordable solutions.

Loren was great! Replaced two toilets, fixed a few odds and ends things. I needed to get a couple parts so he did what he could and came back a couple days later to finish it up. I woke up this morning to find that my main drain in my basement had clogged, and backed up spilling quite a bit of water out of the floor drain.
I called Royal Flush right away, and they were nice enough to work me in at the end of their schedule today knowing that I wouldn’t be able to use any of the plumbing in my house until that drain was cleared.

I had actually had another company come out two weeks ago for the same issue, and after they spent 5 minutes at my house, they told me they had fixed the issue only about 8’ into the line.
When Loren and his helper came out, they found that the original company had only partially cleared a small clog 8’ into the line, but completely failed to check further into the drain. Loren was thorough enough to check the drain line all the way to the city sewer line (about 100’ away from the clean out), and was able to find and clear out 3 more partial clogs.

My drains are flowing much better now, and I have no doubt they will continue to do so!

The best part is, Royal Flush even charged less than the other company, and did a far better job! I will always use them from now on, and I hope anyone reading this would do the same!

Called hoping someone could make it out, no more than 15-20 min they call back, put me on schedule, and within an hour or so they were there. They show up and bam, job knocked out!
