Had them come out to estimate a leak by my water main. They wanted 3,800 with a
1,900 deposit. One of the contractors came out, but not the guy who actually does the estimates. Found a better company who is doing it for 1,300.

We had them get us fit for a new gas stove. They are responsive, efficient and friendly. And they got the job done in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

I was referred to Genesis Plumbing by our family's handyman who we trust deeply, and who does not take referrals lightly. Like any new home services provider, I am always a little cautious and do not know what to expect. Our first experience and impression was phenomenal. Peter was professional, honest, friendly and trustworthy. He also has great values and character. He did not try and upsell me additional services, or point out every potential plumbing issue that needs to be resolved. The price quoted on the phone by Lauren was exactly the service we received. Overall, I am very grateful for the service, and will certainly recommend to family, friends and co-workers.

Over due update 5/3/22: Genesis Plumbing has now helped us with a couple remodels. We completely remodeled our bathroom, they moved plumbing for us and installed the tub. They installed a new water heater and our new kitchen sink. Out of all the companies I worked with during the remodel they are the best they are on time, professional, and do a great job. Would definitely recommend them and have.

I called them at 8pm on a very busy week, because everyone’s pipes were freezing and they came out the next morning. Another company told me they wouldn’t be able to come for 4 days! They fixed it the leak quickly.

The tech that came to fix our drain problem did an excellent job and for a decent amount. I would recommend them to anyone

Lauren and her team are awesome. They spent two days installing a sump pump and the entire time, they were unbelievably professional and courteous. Their quality of work was exceptional, taking great care in all the did and how they left. Couldn’t be happier with them. Highly recommend.

This is one amazing company! There's almost nothing more embarrassing and frustrating than to have another company come in to fix a botched job another company did. Steve with Genesis was compassionate and amazing to work with after detailing the history of my main drain pipe issue. He stepped up and completed the job that should have been done right the first time. He was very professional and went way above and beyond my expectations. Steve is one of the most honest person/company I've experienced in a very long time. He was very fair with the job and I couldn't be more pleased than I am. Not only did he and his partner correct the other company's botched repair but they extended the repair beyond to make sure there are no future issues. They also cleaned up the remnants of the first company's mess they left. This issue has been going on since January and it's a relief to finally have a peace of mind the job is done and done right and the other mess is cleaned and finally behind me. There are very few people and companies that will take on a project to fix and clean up another company's botched job. I will forever be grateful to Steve, his partner, and Genesis for all they have done for me. I highly recommend them for any job you may need! Reliable, honest and hard workers who know how to do a job and do it right.

The technician who services our area is the GREATEST. He calls to tell us he's on his way, tells us up-front about pricing, and always knocks out our drain clogs (both house drain and internal plumbing) within the hour. He walks us through areas that need future attention and always follows through on quotes and service. The person who answers the phone isn't always consistent about calling back or giving us good info, but the one time there was miscommunication with one of the techs, the owner issued a refund on the unexpected charge.

Genesis plumbing put my sump pump in on Friday. The price was fair. They completed the back flow, sump pump, and backup sump pump in one day. Left the basement neater than when they came.

Doug from Genesis plumbing came out to look at my water coming in my basement. He explained how a sump pump would help eliminate the water pressure from under my house. The bid was less than I thought. They will be getting my work.

They came the morning I called. No 2-3 week wait! He called before he came, was able to repair my faucet instead of replacing it. Polite, professional, friendly.

Genesis was able to resolve the real issue with the water coming into the basement and helped the city to solve that problem. We also had major issues with decades old plumbing which Genesis fixed. The basement is now dry.

I had a great experience with Genesis Plumbing. In 2020, they installed a tankless water heater, a water softener, as well as a new range gas line. I had a lot of questions about the project and Doug was very responsive in answering. Once work began, the plumbers were prompt, professional, and the work was high-quality.
I wrote this review due to a follow-up call I had to make in 2022, a full two years after the installation. When I went to perform maintenance on the water softener, I realized that the wrong model was installed. Lauren was very accommodating and sent a plumber to fix the mistake the same week. Outstanding customer service!

They showed up when they said they were going to! Got the toilets installed for the price they quoted, were respectful of our home and my questions about another plumbing job. We'll be recommending this company to friends and will call them again next time we need plumbers!

Ed came out to our house and knocked out a handful of different plumbing needs we had ranging from connecting a new sink, fixing a toilet and hooking up a humidifier to our furnace. He was super friendly and very patient with us given the fact our house is pretty old and complicated. I’ll definitely use them again. Thanks Genesis

Genesis replaced all my hot and cold lines because they were corroded. They also replaced my lead drains. They outbid the competition and did an excellent job. Highly recommended.

Fast and friendly, yes. However I called to make the appointment to install a gas stove and a refrigerator. They said no problem and showed up… Only to tell me that they don't install appliances. Said they'd be happy to hook up my gas on the stove and the water on my refrigerator and leave the appliances in the middle of the room and charge me $165 for a job barely half done. I passed. Flawed customer service, or just bad communication skills. At any rate, it was a huge inconvenience.

Brett and Angel were great. Prices were reasonable and service was exceptional! Would DEFINITELY recommend.

We've always had a good experience with Genesis, and their prices are reasonable for the industry.

Worst ever. They do just enough to get by. Or do under the table deals. If I wanted that type of work I'd hire somone that doesn't own a business. I want to make sure its done right and if their are any issues, I can have the reassurance to know I can call them back out. If they answer their phones or come out at all.
