They were on time and efficient. The people were knowledgeable and professional. I know multiple family members that have gotten systems with them and had similar experiences. They are competitively priced.

Could not be happier with Climate Control! They came the same day I called with issues with my heater. Unfortunately my furnace was 20 years old and done! Nate advised me and gave me several replacement options and was able to save me over $1000!. I chose to have the AC replaced as well. This was on a Thursday and they were able to replace and install my new units on Tuesday. Everyone I dealt with was super nice and knowledgeable and I am completely happy with their work. They were very careful not to make a mess and I couldn’t tell they’d been here when they left. Highly recommend them!

Ridiculous pricing, but I knew that was to be expected from a company like this. I was most upset about a $200 “diagnostic charge” where all he did was flip a breaker switch… I wish my husband had been here during this fiasco since he would have already known to have done that. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this company anymore. Even with the discounted family plan we paid exorbitant costs for extending 2 outlets out from the wall and a light switch extended out. The guy kept trying to talk me into switching more things out too and wasn’t able to explain things to me very well in layman’s terms. I was also told the reason for the tripped breaker was due to a GFCI outlet our fridge is hooked up to… that electricians from this same company had installed based on their recommendation 3 weeks prior. So I wasted money on not only that GFCI outlet installation before but now $200 for that diagnostic fee when they were the ones who recommended and installed the thing that caused this issue in the first place. Ridiculous. OH, but they could now recommend a $700 installation for the fridge to be on its own circuit—which should’ve been recommended in the first time (and definitely isn’t a $700 job). They also scuffed up and scratched up my painted kitchen floors, which we have kept intact for months, due to carelessness with tools. Wish they had been more respectful like the electricians I had experienced the first time with this company! I won’t be using them again because of this poor experience.

Collin was very friendly and knowledgeable. It didn't take him anytime to get our A/C back to working. We have worked with A. B. May in the past and have always found them to be reliable and professional. I trust them to do a great job.

Chase was very professional - he explained what work he would be performing during the install (including bringing the gas connection to the unit up to code), left the work area spotless and walked me through the workings of the new water heater before leaving. Additionally he called before the appointment to confirm, arrived on time and completed the job within the time estimate provided.

I had a break under concrete floor in the basement--kitchen drain line. It had been broken probably quite awhile and slowly got worse. I actually called 2 other plumbing companies that are always advertising on the radio and both acted like they didn't want the job , therefore gave me very high bids. I had Terry come out from your company and was so very helpful and explained everything that was going to be involved...digging an area of the concrete floor up and repairing the line. He also re-did all the line from the floor all the way up to the kitchen sink/dishwasher. Terry & his helper worked hard and had it done in half a day. Everything looked and works great. I would highly recommend this company. Will always call this company for any other problems or advise. Thank You!

Had a sewer line backup, they responded same day on the weekend, they cleared the backup and used slip ons over their shoes.

My experience started with Lindsay who provided outstanding customer service. She went above and beyond!!! Luke did the repair and was awesome found the problem right away and fixed it quickly. He was professional and personable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Technician very professional and got my bathtub drain unclogged quickly. Called at 9:30 am to try and get appt today and got appt at 11 am today, yeah. With only having one bathroom, it is a relief not to worry about clogged drain. Would recommend if having any plumbing issues.

Our heat went out on December 22. We made do with space heaters in the brutal cold until we could get someone out. We had a local company attempt to repair our existing 22 year old system and Bob Hamilton sent a representative to quote replacement. The ease of working with Bob Hamilton exceeded the higher price. They also promised next day installation. However, with the distance and the next day being Christmas, they pushed the installation to December 26. They did discount the cost by 10% for the inconvenience which was welcome in light of the circumstances. We are very happy to have heat restored. Thank you Bob Hamilton plumbing heating and A/C! Great job of providing answers on a water heater replacement on a Saturday. Service was scheduled for early Monday. Replacement went well with a professional installation and removal of the existing unit. Will definitely use again for plumbing and HVAC needs.
