Best Heating Problem in Kansas City MO

A friend recommended them saying they were great. We contacted them about replacing our hot water heaters and had a new system in 2 days. The technician, Drew, was awesome. He was very knowledgeable, polite, efficient and found a few issues I was unaware of and corrected them. I would highly recommend this company, and I'm not easy to please.

We called KC Water Heaters at about 7:30 PM Friday evening. Chase was quick to call us back. We discussed the pros and cons of repairing our 9 year old water heater. We decided to go with a new water heater. Chase scheduled our install for the following day (Saturday). He arrived on time - calling prior to arrival. He verified our old water heater did need to be replaced. He checked our home water pressure and began the process. He is polite, knowledgeable of his trade, and extremely efficient taking out the old water heater and installing the new one. His prices are fair and he will leave your home clean. I have been using Quality Plumbing for years for plumbing services and have had nothing but great service. I recently had a HVAC system installed by them and again was very impressed. I would highly recommend using them.

This company arrived initially and told us that they would have to come back the next day, they needed the proper tools for the issue. The next morning Dustin and John arrived and immediately got to work. Realizing that one of their snakes was not strong enough to open up my drain they grabbed it a stronger one and they had the drain open in less than an hour. When asking questions to either technicians both answered to the best of their ability and in my opinion we're very professional and had a wealth of knowledge. My family and I had been dealing with this for over 3 weeks so we were appreciative of them coming out and taking care of the issue. I definitely would refer this company to anyone asking.

Called this morning because of stopped up double sink with disposal. Terry was here within 20 minutes, analyzed the situation, and said it would take about 1 hour. He was finished and cleaned up everything in just a little less than 1 hour and now the water flows quickly down the drain. Great, timely work and willing to explain what he was doing as he did it. Thanks. Now the sink is ready for New Year's eve celebration.

Bad leak from corroded drainage pipe found by True Blue plumber, Micheal. He did a great job fixing our problem with a new pipe, and discovering the problem quickly. Very efficient and professional!

I have a rental house that had a backed up main line. I was quoted for the first hour and service charge and told how much it would be for every 1/2 hour after that. The plumber called me to say he was on the way and that he would call me if he was having problems and it went beyond the first hour. He was also suppose to call me to get my credit card information to pay for the service when he was done. Three hours later and no call. I figured he just forgot to call for the payment, so I called him. To my shock, he was still at the house and said he was still working on getting the line cleared. My husband asked why and they plumber said it was sludge and he did not find any obstructions from items in the line. He told my husband that he was going to go back to the shop to get a higher powered tool (not sure what it is called) to clear the line because the current snake was not getting it done. A little less than 3 hours later he cleared the line, but never went back to the shop to get the higher powered tool. Look, I am not a plumber, but why didn't he get the higher powered tool after the first hour or two. Why charge a customer by the hour with a tool that is clearly not working efficiently, when you have a better tool at the shop. Seems like common sense. Then the issue with not calling to inform me there was a problem. The whole thing seem fishy. Will not use them again after paying almost $700 to snake a line.

Blazing hot day & the A/C wasn’t working properly. They had a tech out here within a couple of hours. He was great! Got us fixed up pronto, it was just a small problem. Thank you, Tito, for getting us operational again ! Ten stars !

LBA was so polite, friendly, and professional! Called on a Monday after having several companies come look and either quote too high or not get back with a quote, we finally called LBA and they came out that day, gave us three quotes in our home during the inspection and came out the very next morning and set us up with a whole new system in ONE DAY! They were so fantastic to work with! Highly recommend!!!! Thank you LBA!

Made an appointment for us DAY OF, we got Anthony who was helpful, thorough, and all around made the diagnosis a lot more palatable. We are UNHAPPY with the problem only, but we are more than satisfied with the work Anthony did to help us today.

Not having dealt with plumbing services previously, I was skeptical about what they could do for my issue.
When we had heavy rain occurring, due to storms we would get water in our basement. The first 2 ppl contacted said they could not resolve my issue.
I felt there was no reason to get a 3rd estimate, but was so glad I did!
These guys were very pleasant, made me feel comfortable and explained very thoroughly how they could help. What they explained seemed very logical and affordable. They were prompt, courteous, clean and professional! The best part is I have had no water in our basement since and it has been put to the test! I highly recommend them.

I had Rainbow come out to fix a backed up shower and toilet. They fixed the problem that day, but within six days it was backed up again. Dave and Jonathan came out for the second time and it took just a few minutes to clear the line. They both mentioned that I might consider having the old copper replaced where it attached to the cast iron sewer line, since that was where it was always getting clogged up at. Five days later, yep, it was backed up again. Debbie had them come out first thing Monday morning and they knew right where the trouble was. I want to mention that I was only charged for their first visit. The last two times Rainbow came out there was no charge. At this point it was clear that the pipe needed to be replaced so I called and Debbie set it up for the next afternoon. I requested Dave and Jonathan do the work and they were done in a couple of hours. Both Dave and Jonathan were friendly, professional and courteous. They also answered any questions I had about the work they were doing, taking time to explain it to me. I actually understand more about plumbing now than I did before. I have recommended Rainbow to several friends of mine and I appreciate the great customer service I've always received from everyone there!!

Very pleasant and helpful receptionist. She set the appointment for the next day, and then she called when there was a cancellation to see if I wanted the technician to come sooner. He came on time, was very nice and finally FINALLY got my drains cleared. I'd reccomend KCPlumbing Pro, based on my experience with them.
