Best Drain Backup in Kansas City MO

Charged $89 for an estimate which was never mentioned until AFTER he gave me the estimate. Extremely unprofessional. Wouldn't use them even if they had the lowest bid.

Very prompt service on initial phone call for my clogged kitchen sink drain. They were not able to auger out the issue so they had to schedule out a second visit to jet out the clog. They came in for the second visit and were able to clear the issue. They were very prompt and pricing is comparable to other drain service providers in the area. Would call again in the future and would recommend to others as well.

I had a new power vented water heater installed through Home Depot and True Blue was their local contractor. I had received several quotes and selected this option due to the quality of the product, competitive price and the solutions offered by True Blue. This was not a run-of-the-mill install, as we had to add a power-venting method out of an old house. Many scenarios and possible solutions were reviewed along the way with a number of bidders, but Devin came up with the best possible way to achieve the best results with the least disruption to the house. This way was more work to install, but yielded the absolute best outcome. I am very happy with the work. Thank you.

VERY Rude on the phone when trying to schedule, when we asked for a later time and one wasn’t available, we accepted the time we were offered, all in the same phone call might I add, they responded with, “well if you’re going to find someone else just forget it”. Just trying to give someone my business and that wasn’t necessary.

Still the best plumber I've never used. I recently had a leak that Jerry was super helpful with in walking me through some steps to help identify the location. He did this on his own time which just shows what a stand up person he is. Unfortunately he was booked out for several days and our family could not wait to fix a leaking pipe so I had to get someone else to do the work. I'll add this is the second time Jerry has been super helpful and nice (once about 5 years ago too) on his own time and dime. If I ever need any plumbing job done this is definitely the guy I'll be calling.

So our basement shower and toilet hadn’t been draining at the normal rate recently. Being the normal guy that I am, the basement shower and toilet is my happy place. Had to be fixed!!! My wife called Snake N Rooter and Michael (#365 tech number) came out and fixed it in no time! Didn’t even bother my wife who was upstairs on the phone for an interview. Stellar service!
