Best Drain Backup in Kansas City MO

The $49 online promotion is misleading. KB Would not agree to match a competitor price for $79 drain cleaning. The price was $150. Therefor I did not hire to do the cleaning.When the service plumber called to ask the owner if he could match the price the owner informed him not only no but he needed to get to his sons home to do a repair! I will not recommend this company!

Aj arrived as expected. Did his work fast and easy. One more thing, he advised me that we need to replace the battery(just forgot what it was but it's where the heating equipment is located)because it's already making a noise - in which am not aware of that. So thankful now I know what to do next time.

They replaced a toilet control earlier. I had a leaking problem. It was fixed but found it was slowly leaking again. They returned found I had a crack in a permanent piece. Found a work around. As always were great individuals to work with. Enjoy their coming even though not always why the have to come.

Cory was great! He was courteous and professional. It was a bit pricey to get a drain cleared (kitchen drain).
