If you need a new water heater Chase at KC Water Heaters is the only call you need to make. He is very knowledgeable, professional, honest and meticulous. He will also save you a lot of money over some of the larger companies out there. For one thing, he won't try to sell you everything under the sun that you probably don't really need. I wish there was a company like KC Water Heaters for AC and all the other things that need service/repair/replacement in a home over time.

I had Zack out to install a new gas line in my kitchen and a new water line for my refrigerator. They arrived on time and did a great job. I felt the costs were reasonable and Zack even took the time to tell me how to fix my off/on gas valve to my fireplace. No charge. Mac Wilson has a new customer who will spread the word.

Angelena Graybill was a joy. Very professional and friendly. She explained all the work and the costs prior to beginning. The disposal replacement called for a complete reworking/install of all the PVC and the end result was a thing of beauty. The toilet repair was simply a leaking tank screw (versus my initial suspicion of the wax ring). Angelena performed all the work very quickly and I couldn't be happier. The only thing that threw me was an understanding that if I had work done the $89 inspection fee would be eliminated. Other than that I'm happy camper. Sincerely - James K McConnell

This place was suppose to come out to my house twice both times they never showed when they said they would.said they called with no answer and showed up and nobody was home which is a lie because I was working in my garage alday both times and I got in call print outs from my cell provider showing they never called.they have charged me $75 service fee through my rental company and there's nothing I can do about it all n one will not answer my phone calls or return them.this is the worst company ever. Do not call them it will be a waste of time.

Needed my carpet in living room done, they came and ripped it up, with bulges said the would be back the next day then no show. I guess they thought racist jokes were funny to say as well. Maybe next time not at a customers house

I would like to take a moment to give a special shout out to one of your employees! Taylor was hand down professional, and delivered a 5 star experience. Before removing my toilet he asked if I had towels if not he will grab paper towels to cover floor in case of water dripping. He quickly diagnosed my issues and found styrofoam in the bottom of toilet neck. He replaced the seal and then cleaned everything up. I would recommend Above and Beyond plumbing to friends and family. As a general contractor I would be comfortable putting them on any job of mine if ever needed!
