Arrived on time, but didn't inspect all damage. Told us it wasn't covered under our warranty. We asked if he could double check. He acted as if he was calling, but never did. This was confirmed by our warranty company when we called to inquire. Wouldn't use them again and our warranty company shouldn't either.

After 4 weeks and two other plumbing companies were sent to the house who could not fix a fly trap, that started jack hammering our floor and tell us they did not know how to fix the leak in the basement, AHS finally sent out Quick Relief Plumbing. The plumber from Quick Relief looked at the pipe leading through the floor, looked up under the ceiling tiles and in 45 mins had the issue resolved! No breaking up my concrete floor, no cutting walls. They were fast, thorough, professional, informative and knowledgeable! I highly recommend them! I know I will use them again. They were affordable and fair! They found the most economical way to do repairs, did not try to price gouge us. I would give them 10 stars if this app let me. Thank you Quick Relief Plumbing!

Anthony was punctual, polite and efficient

Was able to book a same day appointment to assess a main sewage line back up. Anthony was on time and professional. Assessed what was in front of him and presented me with pricing before performing the work. They cleaned out 30 foot of pipe until they hit a hard stop. They said they would be back first thing in the morning with a camera to assess further. They were on time the next morning and described the issue to me along with video evidence. Basically had clay piping that appeared to be disjointed due to a tree root. Anthony was very generous enough to wave the original $500 clean out fee and only charged me with the $350 camera fee. He presented me with a $6000 quote to dig and replace the clay piping. Obviously shocked by the pricing I looked to another plumbing company for a second opinion. In the end, I went with the second company. Pricing was the same however they were very thorough in my opinion and confirmed the same with their camera free of charge. They performed hydro jetting not only on the main sewage line but also on the backed up line under my house. Ultimately, Anthony did me a solid by not charging me for the clean out but just wish he was a little more thorough and presented other options to me first.

We did everything we could to avoid a burst pipe in this horrible cold snap over the end of December 2022. We left the doors open. We turned the heat up. We ran a small space heater. Unfortunately the faucet we have does not allow you to keep the water running for any more than a couple of hours before it shuts itself off. We thought we had done enough, but clearly we had not. After the pipe burst at 7:30 in the morning, I called them at about 7:40 and they actually answered the phone. They were kind. They were helpful. They were understanding. They squeezed us into a very busy day full of other frozen pipes. They arrived half an hour before they said they would. They were in and out so quickly and the repair price was more than fair in the middle of winter when everyone else was needing them as well. So, don't hesitate to use these guys. Hundreds of five-star reviews are absolutely not wrong. From the first time they answered the phone until they walked out the door, everything was five star and perfect. I love that they're locally owned, and they are friendly, helpful, and did a great job. If I could give them 10 stars I would do it. They earned it.

When Anthony provided the quote for whole house water filter and water softener installation, he was personable, respectful, and didn't talk down to me or use high pressure sales to talk me out of a system not purchased through them. I received a lower quote from another company but much preferred working with Anthony. He immediately said they'll not only match the lower price, they'll beat it by 10%. The day of install, Anthony asked me pertinent questions prior to doing the work rather than making assumptions. Afterwards, he ensured I understood how to finish setting up the system (since it wasn't one of theirs). I later reached out to him about a potential leak and he said he'd stop by. Before he arrived, I reached back out to tell him it didn't actually look like it was a leak but he said he'd stop by anyway. While he was here, he also checked the water pressure at the kitchen sink and fixed the issue. I can't say enough good things about working with him. Highly recommend!

Our claw foot tub faucet had a persistent leak and Quick Relief identified the issue instantly. They installed a brand new faucet and even took the time to make sure the new faucet was perfectly centered because the old one was not. Quick Relief Plumbing was sent out to complete a slab repair, through my home warranty protection. The main drain pipe had holes and cracks. This is the pipe where all of my kitchen area went into. Once the project started, Anthony and his crew were very knowledgeable and made a recommendation that I replace the whole line. So I did give my approval to do so and it's a good thing I did because the whole pipe was corroded, cracked and if they would have just done the little repair that was originally needed. I would be dealing with more problems. Anthony is very knowledgeable, professional, efficient, timely and I would recommend his services to any of my friends or family. Would not use Quick Relief again. They came to us though a home warranty company to fix a leak in a faucet. The person who came out didn't wear their mask properly leaving their nose exposed! Seriously? And didn't fix the issue. At first the leak was fixed, but the faucet worked worse then it did prior to them coming out. Now the supply line they fixed is leaking again. Very unprofessional. Not to mention the person that came out was pretty rude and didn't have good people skills.

They came out of their normal area to help us in an emergency. They were quick, reliable and reasonably priced. We appreciated the speed and efficiency.

Anthony from Quick Relief called just over 24 hours after I filed the claim with my home warranty company. The claim was filed on Saturday, late afternoon, and he called me around 6 p.m. Sunday to schedule an appointment for first thing Monday morning.

We had a great experience with Quick Relief Plumbing sent to us by our Home Warranty company American Home Shield. Anthony was really polite and knowledgeable, patient and helpful. We had pressure regulator valve (PRV) for our home that broke which they replaced and added a gauge this time so we could tell if PRV working or broken in future. We had several toilets leaks and a kitchen faucet leak possibility due to the PRV being broken which they fixed. They where easy to get a hold of and communicated their plans well. We will use them again in the future.

Great guys! I just had Anthony Liloia here for a leak and apparently the fix was very simple and instead of charging for a very simple fix, he only charged for the diagnosis. I was going through my home warranty and he offered input on that as well. I was able to get it covered and with Anthony's help, got the fix finished today instead of listening to the warranty's instructions which would've required they come out at a later date.

He fixed the leak by replacing the broken and leaking part, and the whole job took less than an hour to complete. I think was Anthony that came out he was very professional and on time figured out the issue with my water heater and fixed it on the spot after waiting on my warranty company for a couple of weeks and showed real concern for another issue I had with my plumbing. I have used Quick Relief Plumbing several times at my personal home as well as at my investment properties. This last time , the plumber actually recommended a cheaper way to fix my issue. No frills, no spills - Quick Relief Plumbing originally handled a home warranty call I had for low flow in all of my home faucets. Anthony F. was very honest and professional about the work - including what the warranty probably would not cover. He made quick work of what he could fix and gave me a fair quote on what the warranty would not cover. I appreciated his professionalism, the speed as which he worked, and his honest opinion on what needed to still be done. I immediately decided I would have QRP come back out and do the needed work. I met the other Anthony when he returned a few days later to complete the work. During this visit, he took care of what needed to be done and even showed me how to do some maintenance on my water heater without charging me. It's nice to know companies like this exist.

I called this company in the morning and a woman said he would be here between 11:00 and 1:00 am. Anthony showed up at 4: 30 pm and told me it would be $300 for the first hour to clear a clogged kitchen sink. I told him to leave. This company is bad news.

Received a text within a couple of hours of my request, and they were able to bump up my appt time by a whole day! Received a text confirmation of the appt, AND they were early! Really fast and friendly tech. Will call for future issues.

From the time I decided to have a sump pump installed until the job was done was only three days. Roto Rotor never got back with me. Quick Relief Plumbing did an awesome job. After having my pump for about two plus years my pump got clogged up and it was my fault small debris from a cedar tree clogged it. Quick Relief Plumbing responded within a day. The rain had stopped and it was not an emergency. I won't call anyone else.

Friday i had a simple clog and called to have someone come to inspect it. I was told they would call back in 30 minutes and they never did. I called back after an hour and they operator told me they were busy and eventually a plumber would call back. Its Monday and they still haven't. Fortunately, I could tell by the operator's tone and aloof attitude that this wasn't the start of a good experience so I immediately called Benjamin Franklin and they came the next day and took care of the issue. There is nothing wrong with being busy but maybe dont promise to call potential new customers back and not follow through. We have a small child and we would consider not being able to use our kitchen sink an emergency, even if you do not. This disparity in professionalism is surprising and typifies why I will never recommend this company. Bruce at Benjamin Franklin was excellent. I had another company look at my sewer line due to a back up in my basement drain, who ended up suggesting tearing up my floor to replace a section of my sewer line at a steep price. Thankfully Quick Relief was able to fit me into their schedule quickly for a second opinion, & Anthony brought so much relief while quickly building trust!

They were able to remove an old sewer cap that fell into the line WITHOUT tearing up my floor & at less than half the cost of the other company all in a matter of 2 days within me calling. I truly felt they had my best interest at heart.

We had a tankless water heater fail. Anthony came out and replaced it. The units are wall mounted and the plumbing had to be readjusted to fit the size of the new unit (old unit was 16 years old). Anthony was by himself and because of the size of the unit and my curiosity I watched him change it out. I was amazed out how quick he did the work. He was such a professional there were never any recuts or adjustments. When he made his cut it fitted perfectly together. He was super efficient in his work and a very nice guy on top of that. He took the time to answer my question. When he exited the job it looked better and cleaner than it did before.. They will definitely be my plumbers from here on out.
