I called Royaltee because I needed a plumber for a house trap repair. Jasen was responsive, knowledgeable, fair, on time, friendly, professional. And then I scheduled service for another property and he sent his team and they were just as good - which is unusual. I highly recommend.

I opened up my door to the water heater on a late Saturday Afternoon and it was done --- water at base and on the floor --- Jason and his team answered my call, got a water heater, and installed all by early evening on a Saturday night! I am glad I found him, as a few others I tried to reach out to have yet to call me back. Would recommend for the following reasons ---- Responsive, Professional, Reasonably Priced

I paid for a cheaper company to come out and install my toilets. Turns out, they forgot to install an item that flooded my bathroom as well as a toilet seat that fit perfectly but wasn't installed correctly.

I said cheaper because Rotaltee service to fix everything was very well priced and fixed everything for roughly the cost I paid the other people.

Great service. I love how they send you text to keep you updated on when and how far the technician is from your home. The price was extremely reasonable and they came out on Sunday evening emergency with no extra fee. They repaired the rest of the job in the next few days and we were very satisfied. They are extremely knowledgeable and will give you options on the most cost effective way to repair or a new install.

Royal tee is the ABSOLUTE BEST. I have a brand new home and went to change the water filter on our brand new fridge and ended up with water everywhere and going down in my basement and I called in an absolute panic and they got here so fast and it was after hours. We had a huge leak in our garage due to pipes freezing on the day we moved into our new home. They sent someone out quickly (I believe his name was Jason) and got us taken care of. It was a long day and a stressful situation and the man who fixed it for us had such a warm, friendly presence that he really put us at ease. I had a great experience with this company. I had a facet, P Trap, and shower head secured inside the wall. I didn't have time to shop for a facet. I thought it was awesome that they already had that supplies. They even showed it to me to make sure I would like it. Bradley and Chris did an amazing job. They came equipped and even came early. These guys were so cool. I highly recommend this company and these two professionals.

Great experience with RoyalTee Plumbing. Had them out to my house for inspection of sewer line. They talked me through steps they would take to resolve any issue. Process went well and ended up needing partial clean out which resolved issue. Again Great experience and would highly recommend.

We recently contracted for a water heater repair and found Royaltee to be an excellent find in the Northland for a few reasons:

The coordination with the team was easy, and staff was responsive, making it easy to communicate with over text and phone. I knew our potential issue, and the team was willing to provide an estimate over the phone, which is not always the case in the industry, even for smaller jobs like this one.

On the day of our scheduled appointment, the team texted of ETA, and Jason arrived on time (was actually a bit early).

Jason was professional and unbelievably friendly with our company, being spring break at our house, and despite distractions, he finished the job on time.

Importantly, there was an issue after repair, and he continued to be a great communicator throughout and even returned that afternoon to checkup and see through resolution.

Ultimately our estimate and quote were equivalent - and while customers should consider that actual costs for each job is dependent upon scope and complexity analyzed onsite - this consistency meant a lot for our family budget and piece of mind.

The 2 gentlemen were punctual and very well spoken. To stand up guys if you ask me. Unfortunately in my situation it was a multiple pipe burst. They were quick to detect it and repair both ruptures. The price was very reasonable. They charged me for two pipes and it was the exact same price the other company charged me for one. And that pipe was the one these fellas fixed because it was done poorly.

Used Royaltee in Kansas City Missouri. Fixed a kitchen sink faucet and bath tube hot water valve. Another company didn’t fix or couldn’t fix the bath tub valve. I’m happy with the service.
