I live in a four Plex they’re working on now and they were supposed to do the work from 8 AM to 4 PM they didn’t show up until 4 PM and we’re drilling underneath my unit until 10 o’clock at night I have a 10-year-old daughter and they kept her up late when she at school the next day I was also without water and she had swimming that night and I was not informed they’d be there that late I also was left without water I was told he would be there at eight in the morning and I waited for him before I left and he never showed up completely unprofessional I would never hire this guy to do your work they do not take you in consideration nor your children and they do all their work late.In response to the owner no nothing worked when they left our plumbing still doesn’t work. They were requested and scheduled to be there during the day not the night get your story straight. If they were here when they were supposed to be maybe they wouldn’t have had people flushing the toilet since they weren’t supposed to be there at that time.

Alex Castillo was prompt, informative, friendly, and he removed an obsolete heat recovery unit that had sprung a leak in the freezing temperatures. He clearly explained what he was doing, and volunteered this bit of extra work that he performed promptly.

Can't recommend them enough.Really friendly, both over the phone in being accommodating to my schedule, and in person. I had a pipe burst while I was out of town, and was coming back in town Friday night and was hoping to have water back on by Saturday. Nathan was able to come out first thing Saturday and was very friendly and polite. He was happy to answer questions and explain to me how things worked and was able to identify and fix the issue faster than I could've imagined. He was upfront about the costs and I can say this is a very honest business that does quality work at a fair price.

I needed a quote for a 1 gas line installed and secured to the exterior side of the house(no trench needed). I got a quote of $1275+tax. Absolutely ridiculous !!

Jamie and Jordan with Plumb Masters were fantastic. Our grinder pump went out over the weekend and I called Plumb Masters because I saw that they provide sewer repair services. Jamie and Jordan came out, diagnosed the problem (our pump needed to be replaced), contacted their supplier to find us a new pump, and installed it. They also did their due diligence to make sure the pump was working properly before they left. Plumb Masters is now at the top of my list if we ever need a plumber.

Jeff at Moore & More was an excellent problem solver, taking all the best steps to isolate and find the leak in our home. He explained his steps and expected costs thoroughly and, most importantly, solved our leak when it was a difficult one to track down. If you want a job done right the first time, this is who I would call.

Jon kept me informed of what he was doing and why. Jon talked to me and answered all my questions, I had a few! Jon made me feel comfortable. I felt that I could trust Jon and his knowledge of the situation.

Mr. Jiles shoed provided after hours service at 1am. He arrived less than 1 hour from the time I called the ABACUS dispatch. Mr. Jiles was totally knowledgeable identifying and fixing the problem in less than 20 minutes. He proceeded to inspect the rest of our A/C for any other issues before calling the job done. I've literally never had service this professional and this quick with ANY business. I felt like we'd called an EMT for our A/C system. I have an elderly mother that has limited mobility and lives in the home with me so getting this fixed before the sun came up the next day was crucial and Mr. Jiles treated it as such. I can't say enough good things about how impressed and satisfied we are!

Christian Schuck was awesome! He was pleasant, knowledgeable, respectful and professional. He answered all of our questions and made us feel confident in his workmanship. He took his time and fixed our AC system. We recommend Christian and Goettl. They get it done!

I had these guys install a new fancy touchless kitchen faucet in my home and they did a professional job and wore a mask the entire time they were in my home. I had an issue a few days later with my water heater and they were kind enough to help troubleshoot it over the phone. Based off my experience working with them, they have excellent customer service and are true professionals. I will be using them again in the future for other projects.

the technician was very knowable of our I Core thermostat. He had the system up and running in less than 5 minutes! He also showed me how to link the I core thermostat to our router. The connection was lost when Spectrum lost connectivity to everything for 22 hours in Round Rock due to a light cable cut. Everything we had connected to our Netgear AX200 router had to be reconnected to the router using the router passcode. We had 15 items to reconnect.

Technician Jeremy was great and very communicative. $205/hour charge when it was $156/hr last time shocked me a bit. I hope they're giving their employees a generous portion of that 31% increase.

We discovered a leaking hot water heater after work hours on Friday. I emailed COLD IS ON THE RIGHT the details of our situation and left a voice mail requesting Saturday service. The office called Saturday morning and asked me to confirm details. I was told a plumber would contact me shortly to ask some questions to make sure they would have what they needed on the truck. The plumbers, Bren & Mike, arrived as scheduled, introduced themselves, diagnosed the problem, explained two options with recommendations and went to work. While here they repaired two faucets and reprogrammed our water softener. Both Bren and Mike are very knowledgeable and professional. COLD IS ON THE RIGHT sets a high standard, is very customer service oriented and reasonably priced. I would gladly hire them again.

I contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to get a second opinion on some pretty extensive work under the slab of our house. I was very impressed with them for the following reasons:Customer service - I talked to Fred when I first called. He was courteous, helpful, and personable. The day of my service call, Josh called me the morning of to let me know my plumber was on his way and gave me an ETA. Additionally, I received a text that included a picture of him. That was nice, so I knew who to expect.Timeliness - When I first scheduled the appointment, Fred told me the plumber would arrive between 9 and 11 am. He actually arrived at 9:30! So many service companies arrive at the very end of the window, so I was pleasantly surprised.Knowledge and Patience - Jonathan listened to our problem and talked us through all the options available to us. We had a million questions and he answered all of them and helped us get clarity.I can't speak to the quality of their work, because we ended up going with the first company. That said, I'll 100% go back to Benjamin Franklin for my next plumbing issue.
