I was referred to Yuri and Ciao Plumbing by our neighbors. I had him bid on replacing my supply lines, angle stops, and re-plumb my kitchen for a new sink, faucet and garbage disposal. Yuri’s quote was much more reasonable than my regular plumber. Will schedule this work for after 1/1/21.Update 1/18/2021Yuri came out to my home today to work on several plumbing projects - change out all angle stops and supply lines to all faucets; installed new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal; reset and installed new supporting screws to master bath toilet; correct guest bath shower cartridge alignment; re-install angle stop to guest bath toilet; install new supply lines to washing machine. Yuri worked non-stop on these tasks and kept me informed throughout the process. His master plumber experience and job skills were evident in his work. Upon completion, Yuri took me room by room to show me what had been done, to check for leaks, and to ensure that all was in good working condition. He also patiently listened to and answered all my questions. Yuri is the consummate professional and I am very pleased with his work. I enthusiastically recommend Yuri and Ciao Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.Update 6/19/2022In December 2021 and later in February / March of this year, Yuri installed a salt-free water conditioner system in my home, installed new toilets and new plumbing / fixtures in our upgraded master bath shower, and also replaced a defective pressure reducer valve that was adversely impacting our water pressure. Yuri, our point of contact with Ciao plumbing is everything you want a plumber to be but were afraid no longer existed. In one of the most trying times in Austin’s history (immediately after the great freeze of 2021), Yuri was immediately responsive to our desperate call for help and was able to track down needed parts when most large plumbing companies had snatched up everything that was available whether they needed them or not. Yuri also demonstrated that he was willing to really work to find the problem and fix it. He is our plumber of choice for life!!

The slip screw thing joining two plastic pipes under the sink had unscrewed causing a water leak. I called Ciao Plumbing and spoke to Yuri. He asked me to send him a photo. We set up an appointment for 2:30pm that day. He arrived on time. Extremely professional, friendly and honest. Would definitely recommend CIAO plumbing to anyone.

I would highly recommend Ciao plumbing. Yuri came out during the Labor day weekend, when most plumbers did not respond. He redid the connections under our new sink and connected the garbage disposal at no charge. His rate was very fair and he is professional.

Ciao Plumbing contacted me promptly and came on the weekend to repair a shower cartridge leak that was worsening significantly. Their job was clean, fast, and they provided me with instructions and part references for future issues. The price was reasonable considering a visit during a weekend.

In November of last year (2019), I had clients on vacation abroad when their yard was suddenly flooded with water. None of the plumbers I normally use were available and I needed someone to attend to this NOW! I Googled and found Ciao Plumbing and they were over there that day. They diagnosed and fixed the issue very quickly on a crazy cold day and did so professionally and at a reasonable price. I'll surely be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

For the weekend after the winter storm, I saw his truck at a neighbors house, who saw him at his neighbors house. I asked him if he could stop by after he was finished, he said he had another house to visit, then he would be by. He made it by the next day even with a full schedule ahead of him'. He repaired my cracked water pipe that was in the attic and wrapped all the piped when he was through. He charged me minimum 2 hours. I called him back to install new toilet on Friday morning, he went a picked up new toilet and had it installed by that afternoon. He was very quick and very reasonable, a complete job. Very friendly too. I recommend CIAO Plumbing, couldn't ask for better service if I did it myself.

Yuri is a lifesaver and an absolute professional. I couldn’t think of one thing he could have done better: on a scale from one to ten, he’s a twenty-three. I am incredibly grateful to have found him!!! Not all plumbers are in the top 1% of what they do. I have used dozens and dozens. No one compares. I will use him for life now. Ciao!

I couldn't thank Yuri more. He came out very last minute to help with issues I was having. And of course, I had to bring my wife to the airport at the time he could make it, so I left the door open for him. Upon my return 2 out of the 3 things I was having issues with were already complete and he was working hard on the 3rd.Very trustworthy fellow and fantastic plumber!
