Best Water Softener Installation in Austin TX

A newly installed washer/dryer unit was not adequately connected to the in-house gas line, causing enough of a leak that I had to pull the w/d unit out of the alcove myself, to shut off the gas supply until I could get Abacus scheduled to come out and troubleshoot and fix the issue.Javier was delightful to work with and isolated the leak, installed a new connector and moved the unit back into its proper place very quickly. So good to know I have 'go to' professionals to rely on.

Arthur Thomas was awesome!! He was professional, to the point and courteous!We had a worn contact and mount on our A.C. unit. He spoke to me briefly; identified the problem and fixed it immediately.I appreciate that he explained the problem and showed me the worn out part. Last night I had a problem with my air conditioner, I called these guys and they came quickly and fixed my problem and helped me with the air conditioner that didn't want to turn on thanks for your help

The tech was great but the cost was hwy robbery. Over $350 to unclog the a/c condensation pipe and basically because of the recent rain and the pipe is low to the ground there was some mud covering the end of it.
