Best Install Water Filtration in Austin TX

First time customer. Had evidence of a leak in my kitchen. Technician was friendly and suggested it was prob the dishwasher. While he went back to his truck to get some tools, I took the front off the dishwasher myself and saw the leak. He can't fix dishwashers, so his job was done. So having done nothing but provide the dishwasher suggestion, he hands me a bill for $200. I understand that's what he charges for an hour of work, and his suggestion was right. But charging the full $200 for a suggestion -- not cool. Guess I'll keep looking for a new plumber.

Larry came out when I had noticed a leak at a rental property undergoing renovations. He was very fast to figure out what was wrong and even tightened the washer valve that was leaking. He also explained what other things could be done but could wait for now. That was good info for me as owner of the rental property trying to watch my expenses. After I found out that the problem valve would be covered by another plumber that had already worked on the property, he graciously did not charge me when he could have for going out there. Our kitchen sink was clogged so much that standing water had accumulated and spilled out onto the kitchen floor. I quickly called Roto-Rooter and they sent a plumber out pretty much 15 minutes from when I called. Oscar fixed the problem quickly and was very nice and professional. Will definitely be using them again for any plumbing issues we have in the future!

Called up on New Years Day for an emergency. Was told a technician would call be back. Never received a call, 3+ hours later Roto-rooter had someone at my house to clean up the mess & unblock, although the damage had already been done. Would not recommend Johnny Rooter to anyone who has an emergency.

We had a decrepit HVAC system in our condo that was dripping. Chris R was the technician that came out to assess our system and couldn't have done a more thorough job. Not only that, he made sure to explain every single detail to ensure myself and my wife were fully aware of the issues we would be facing short and long term. His advice ultimately helped us make the crucial decision to get a brand new system in place - although it was expensive, it was well worth the price! Customer service of Goettl was impeccable from beginning to end. Chris made sure to document everything that needed to be done, Carlos and Juan came the following morning (talk about quick turnarounds too) and installed everything effectively. They were extremely polite, clean and efficient, getting the entire job done in less than a day! I would highly recommend the three of them as well as Goettl to any of my friends and family, as well as all of you reading this. Excellent job.

Robert was great. Called ahead. Arrived On time. Which is a big deal with me. Quick and efficient. Up and running again in an hour. It was painless. They’re the best.

Simply fantastic. I met with them due to an issue with my new custom home having some issues. Seems that the original plumber did not do the job correctly. Brendin went out of his way with several follow up phone calls to help with assessing the issues. Seems that the house was plumbed with two tanks with parallel sets of lines when the tanks should have been in series AND a check valve was forgotten for the hot water recirc pump! They suggested and replaced two less efficient hot water heaters for one with an on demand heater to supplement when needed. So far my electric bill has been cut in half! The crew showed up at the appointed date/time with all needed equipment, were very polite/respectful, and fixed all the issues for a great price! It would not be possible for me to be happier with their service.

After having a small power outage, I decided to call turbo to check my electrical connections, so I could make my home safe. They were in charge of checking that there were no worn cables, it was a good check, they know what they are doing and they are very agile, I recommend them to keep the electronic equipment and the safety of the family safe.

Looking to replace the filters on my whole home water filtration system - just replace the filters, nothing else. I supplied the filters and all parts so the estimate was for labor only. They quoted me just over $1,600. Based on his estimate of 3 hours to install, that broke down to well over $500 an hour! ATFKM? $500 an hour? Hard pass. Of course, they weaseled the $89 service call fee out of me. At these prices, I don't think Reliant is worth it.

I hired Davis Plumbing Services to remove my old tank water heater and replace it with a tankless water heater. Ray helped me with the selection of unit for my home and put me at ease on how he would complete the job. Ray took care of everything including the building of a wooden frame to mount the new water heater and all the plumbing for the water, gas and exhaust lines. The system he specified and installed worked out better than expected. Not only is my water hot it also comes to the tap faster than it did with my old water heater. I am very satisfied with the work that was done, and I recommend to anyone to use Davis Plumbing Services.

The people are absolutely wonderful and polite but call someone else. They charged me 4 times more for a job I had done at 4 previous properties. They also ended up taking over 5 hours for a job that should have taken 1

I wanted to replace the bathroom sink and a friend referred me to Brian at McGinnis. Unfortunately, we were unable to install the sink due to water issues with the city. However, I would recommend Brian, as he was very professional and helpful.
