Best Water Solutions in Austin TX

I called S&D plumbing out of desperation, due to being out of the water for the last two weeks. I was promised repairs from another plumber. Who informed me today that it was going to be another week or two. Just to locate the parts. I reached out to S&D and spoke with Rhonda at 1130am. Not only did Rhonda say she had the part but she can have a technician out today to replace it. Within four hours the technicians were out and completely replace the hot water heater. Extremely friendly crew. They took no time at all to replace and restore hot water. I would definitely give this company five stars recommend them to anyone who is in need of plumbing service. I got several bids for a new tankless system and knew after our conversation I knew I would go with these folks as they clearly knew all the finer details compared to the competition and answered all my questions. I called early this morning and Darius arrived within an hour of my call to repair a leak under my kitchen sink. Leak was caused by a faulty installation of dishwasher drain line by previous plumber. Darius located the problem and fixed it within three hours of the initial call. Above and beyond service. Highly recommend!

After a brief power outage, our A/C thermostat failed to reset. Although we were scheduled for several hours later, Chris McGrath stopped by early, said he was in the neighborhood, and solved the problem in a few minutes (recommending a new thermostat). He persisted in reaching us despite being unable to connect by phone -- just came and knocked, and luckily I was at home. He saved us from a miserable day by being proactive and thoughtful. Knowledgeable, Reliable, Honest! These guys are the best! Over 10 years, I have had so many plumbers out to help with our water pressure. Even mentioning the pressure relief valve to others has not yielded results. Kurt was able to give me a cost over the phone and resolve the issue IN 1 VISIT - at the cost he quoted over the phone!!! Fast , friendly service

I called before 9 am and Aidan had my clogged kitchen sink fixed before noon that same day. He also gave me some tips and cleaned out the end of my faucet so that water came out of it faster. I felt very comfortable having him in my home and appreciated his friendly and professional demeanor.

Mike showed up to my house on time, was very friendly, and took care of my issue. Awesome service!
