Best Water Jet Cleaning in Austin TX

I had called this business based upon information granted to me by the manufacturer who the item warrantied under needless to say they were unable to complete their job as requested nor did they go above or beyond a simple surface level test normally when diagnostics are completed who inspect the unit thoroughly which they did not.Also upon completion of what they deem an inspection proceeded to try an upsell me products and services that i don't need considering my appliances are fairly new also told me that i needed a new part but how would they know if all they did was a visual inspection behold these companies technicians are more of a salesperson than a technicianIn conclusion my neighbor came over after mentioning this situation to him and fixed the issue said it was just a loose fitting and to think they charged me nearly 500 dollars for something my neighbor fixed in 15 min s and d is absolutely disgusting in their business practice slimly salespeople masked as technicians.

Curtis served our home this past week. He was so very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He fixed many problems with our plumbing efficiently and thoroughly. There were a number of problems that we had just accepted as quirks of our home plumbing. But, Curtis looked at the problem, diagnosed the situation and fixed the problem quickly and with ease...The mark of a true professional. Pierre and team have installed two new water heaters, installed dishwasher, replaced toilets, etc. They are always dependable, on-time, professional and overall just do quality work. They also do not push jobs on you or try to scare you into doing work that is not in the customer's best interest. It is great to see small business being run with such integrity. John from Mr. Rooter Plumbing was very informative, polite and patient because I have no idea about plumbing and we're first time homeowners. He arrived earlier than his arrival time window and the price he quoted us was fair. He provided excellent customer service and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone who is in need of a good plumber. We will DEFINITELY use them in the future for any plumbing work we have done.

I just used Fast Plumbing for a cracked water lines in front yard and I could have not had better service. Unexpected issues like this & especially before Christmas is stressful to say the least. After called multiple plumbing companies, Fast Plumbing was the only one able to address it same day. The young man, Mycol, that came out could not have been nicer. He was quite knowledgeable and he explained and showed me everything so I completely understood cause and how it needed to be fixed. He was very patient with all my questions and had a very calming disposition. He definitely helped ease my anxiety. Once it was repaired he showed me everything he had done. He filled holes back up & left front nice. Mycol also went over all invoice details before payment. Price was not as high as I was expecting either so that’s was a nice bonus. They were able to determine the problem wasn't in the drain line even though it was installed incorrectly to begin with. They fixed the drain line, but unable to correct the dishwasher not draining, which is something they don't do. Very professional and responsive.

So impressed with AAA Auger. Paul Schultz was so friendly and thorough. He fixed the plumbing issue I was having and then gave advice on what to do with other items he thought might be future issues. Kind, helpful and great customer service. Scheduling was also very helpful and sent someone quickly to resolve the issues. Highly recommend!

DISHONEST and UNPROFESSIONAL, called these guys with intentions of supporting a local company. Should have taken the warning signs when they took almost a whole day to return my call and didn't show up when scheduled to, i spoke with Joe and he stated he would be by within a couple of hours and did not show up till the next day. I decided to give them the opportunity to perform the repairs they recommended and after 4 days from the day they started repairs to now, I am still experiencing the same problems! The pictures and information on their website is deceiving (including address and staff), Joe apparently is a one man band, he was the only one who showed up, the only one who answered the phone (initially) and the only one who can make a decision to fix my repairs properly, he (they) obviously has chosen not to stand by his work. Joe may be great at changing faucets and swapping toilets, but if you need other plumbing services and complicated work, look for someone else.

Andrew was very knowledgeable and professional! He helped us install a second floor water heater with an added censor to avoid/limit damage with potential future leaks. Also installed an outdoor pressure regulator valve to maintain consistent pressure within our house. Answered all questions and was very thorough. Highly recommend & they’re highly rated on BBB, which is important to us.

Shannon Beckmann was very responsive and efficient in getting us a quote and scheduling the attic insulation. George Renteria and Jayden Garza arrived on time and were friendly and efficient in installing everything, including carefully building the dam around the water heater vent pipe. Very pleased with Stan’s and would highly recommend them!

Brandin, the main licensed plumber with Cold is on the Right came to our house with his excellent assistant and they evaluated our situation. Our main faucet at our kitchen sink had a bad leak. I thought it might just be gasket but Brandin explained in a friendly way that we probably needed a whole new faucet set. Then he and his assistant went to the local Home Depot and bought a quality set for us within our budget. Then they installed it and we have used it since all the time. Everything works great and we are saving water and money everyday. Thanks Cold is on the Right - great job!

Very professional and thorough - We detected an issue in the guest toilet which turned out was a broken pipe/connector in the foundation level - The team spent time detecting, called in the manager to review as the job was getting bigger and then created an action plan and fixed the issue per schedule.

They got my drain all cleaned out, fast response and pretty good price.

These guys are expensive. They quoted me to find a leak and fix it. Ended up getting the work done by someone else by a 25% of the cost.
