Both Jason and Matt were polite and professional as they walked me through the estimate and once approved completed the work. They also advised on some issues that were discovered while doing the work.

Rooter-Man did an amazing job! I can't stress enough how much I appreciate Josh for coming out and the professional level of service. I had a massive leak that was flooding my backyard due to piping failure and called around but couldn't get anyone for over a week. I called Rooter-man and they were able to schedule someone to come out the same day. Josh was very knowledgeable about the situation, listening to my concerns and questions and gave me clear answers and things I should keep in mind for the future. Josh really did solid work. While I was skeptical of finding a good plumber at first, I will definitely use Rooter-man in the future. I don't usually right reviews but this was a very good experience.

READ THE YELP REVIEWS. Not sure all these google reviews are even legit. Most just say a google user. He was a great help and I was glad that he came out!MY REVIEW: AVOID THIS COMPANY......If I could give 0 stars, that's what they would get. They don't show up when they say they are going to. The girls they have answering the phones never know what is going on and they make up thousands of excuses on why you can't talk to a manager. When they finally go out to the house, they say it's one part and then no it's another part and then it's you need a new water heater. The water heater in questions is under warranty so the only cost to put in a new water heater is labor. You would think that would cost you a couple hundred dollars, oh no, try $1,000 to install a water heater. They say that's because it takes them all day. Well if it takes you all day, then you don't know what you are doing. We have had 6 other homes get new water heaters, 3 hours is what it took and one even had to make the door larger. Get a second opinion before hiring them.

Pierre’s staff are top quality, from the project manager to the installation workers.We had a situation involving old water tanks that could not easily be removed from our attic.Not only did one of the guys, who had prior experience on a frame crew, warn me off of making a significant mistake regarding a demo idea I suggested as a way to get the things out, they also cheerfully set them up again after initially draining, so that we could have water until a remedy was decided.The remedy was a Rinnai Tankless water heater.We also researched Navien and can safely say either brand is a good choice.We had been aware of the tankless option but skeptical. We shouldn’t have been. It is operating perfectly, and the savings on our energy bill are tremendous. Many other features like the smartphone app to remotely control it and the latitude they give you over parameters - regarding max heat temps for example - are persuasive examples of why you should try tankless.Regarding A & T itself though, particular recognition must go to Don, a supervisor and on-site coordinator - and his team, Drew and Daniel.These guys are pros. They can solve problems.They are available during early and odd hours, when the inevitable kinks have to be worked out. They gave us a great price.Going forward, we will be taking our all of future business there, be it mundane yearly checks, or major work.

EDIT: *** Mr. Brett Bidwell, the franchise owner, called today and took numerous steps to correct the situation. I'm happy with his attempts to address my concerns and will check with him if I have any future plumbing problems that need assistance.*** We were charged over $322 to have a four inch long piece of waterline soldered into place. The plumber, Alvin Santoy, spent less than 30 minutes working on this since we already had the broken waterline exposed. The plumber was rude to my wife when she tried to ask him a few questions about our leaking bathtub drain.

DO NOT USE THEM!!! The biggest waste of money ever... spent $218 for them to open my wall up to view garden tub drain line. They should have tested other options first before opening up the wall. The owner called me and argued with me, didn't listen and only focused on proving his point. Don't trust their technician experience and their rates which were more than more reputable companies with higher ratings ($375 for 75' camera scope while others use 150' camera scope at $250).

I have been using Plumb Masters for the last five to six years and they have always been very professional. They arrive on time and complete the job with no nonsense. I definitely recommend them.

When my wife and I received a larger than usual water bill, more than twice what we normally pay we knew we had a leak somewhere in our plumbing system. After doing the standard DIY checks and turning up nothing we knew we would need to call in a professional to identify and repair the leak. We had a terrible time using our Home Warranty Company and eventually turned to our own plumbers. We had a leak detection company come out and pinpoint the leak and then called Plumb-Quick.Plumb-Quick was very pleasant to work with from the moment someone answered the phone. I explained the issue that we were experiencing and Jason said that he had a crew in the area and would send them over in a few hours to take a look at the problem and give us an estimate. Chris the technician showed up several hours later and took a look at what we were dealing with. He took the time to explain the work that would need to be completed and exactly what it involved.Chris was also nice enough to give us options. The leak was in our main water line in the front yard and he explained that due to Austin's soil most of the labor charge was in digging up the pipe. He told us if we dug up the pipe that it would more than half the cost of the repairs. This honesty was refreshing from a contractor, and we agreed to dig the hole and call when it was complete.Later that day we gave Chris a call back and he scheduled us for repair the next day. He came out and performed the repairs paying attention to every detail and ensuring the quality of the work. Chris was marvelous to work with, he was very polite, and flexible with our schedule and did a great job repairing our plumbing. Any time I have a plumbing issue going forward Plumb-Quick will be the first team I call.

Travis was timely, knowledgeable and kind. He knew exactly what to do to fix the issue and was out in no time. Very happy with this service.

Even came to my home to address the reason my AC unit would not turn on. Eben was efficient, polite, and found the problem quickly. A good experience overall.

I had a new water shut off valve installed. I was not able to open the lid off the original because it was to heavy for me to lift They installed a new one which is easy to get to and I can shut off the water when need be very easily. I highly recommend them

The office staff were wonderful…responsive and very helpful. They helped me find a beautiful replacement which their technicians promptly obtained and installed. The service is superb as are the results.

One day in my house the air conditioning began to sound strange, I did not give it much importance because I thought it was common, to my surprise it was not, after 10 minutes smoke began to come out of the appliance, I had to turn it off immediately but the heat was unbearable, I looked for a tech near my area and I found this company on Google Maps, I called the company a little worried hoping that they could help me urgently, the person in charge of the telephone line told me that he would see if I had any tech available and would call me back shortly, within 10 minutes he let me know if there was availability and within 30 minutes Kendrick was at my house, he did a deep clean and repaired my air conditioner, he also gave me several maintenance tips, I felt very happy with your service.

I called them they showed up when they said they would, they were very professional and reasonably priced.

Best experience I’ve ever had, plumber or otherwise! Literally within one hour, they had a guy there to fix my standing water in my dishwasher problem. He was in and out in less than 30 minutes, was kind and courteous to my son (and dog!). Got a personal call from the owner to make sure everything was satisfactory. Insane customer service! Highly recommend
