Benjamin was very courteous and on time. Gave me all scenarios for cleaning out our drain which I appreciated. Reset our toilet as well and caulked around it-looks much better then it did before. He also provided pictures in a detailed follow up report. Loved that! We will be using again!

AB and Morgan did a fine job cleaning out my clogged driveway drain today. They arrived promptly and were kind and courteous. AC went out and as soon as I called Abacus , they had tech showed up in less than an hour. Only took a couple minutes for him find the leak. And even went out of his way to save us money. He explained everything so that I could understand, and honestly the best service I’ve received from an HVAC company. AC is now working great and looking forward to getting a membership with them for future services.

I don't typically write reviews. I thought these guys were awesome & deserved some favorable feedback. After another plumber wait listed us (ie never responded to calls/emails) we got a reference to Cold/Right. They had a convenient time, came when they said, gave me a fair quote and did the work right then (several hours). Shawn & Frankie were the team. They did an excellent job, did more than I expected and were friendly & patient with me (I ask a lot of questions!). These guys will be my go-to plumbers from now on.

My air conditioning unit in my home went out in the middle of the summer and these guys came to my home so fast the same day and fixed it and got me up and running, Christian and Ricky are great!!! Last night i had a water heater leaking and they came to fix it temporarily and this morning to replace it. Definitely recommend!!

When my water heater stopped working on a Sunday, Reliant sent Jason out within hours to diagnose the problem. I did need to replace the water heater. He came back the next day and did a great job - especially since my unit was in the attic - not an easy thing. Both he and his apprentice Joachin were friendly, courteous, and great about answering all my questions. I felt like I could make an informed decision before we agreed to the work and I am very satisfied with the outcome. Thank you Jason. The people on the customer service line were also responsive and helpful. I will use this company again.

The first 5 years I lived in my house I had my downstairs toilet come loose every few months. Every time a tech would come to reinstall the wax ring and it would get loose again. This last time I called Ray at Davis Plumbing Services and he showed up within the hour. As luck would have it he was finishing up a service in the area when I called. He told me the reason my toilet would not stay put is my mounting ring was damaged. He fixed that and set the toilet. The price was reasonable. I have not had an issue in over a year. I will not call anyone else in the future.

I will not ever use this company for my plumbing needs due to reckless driving by a member of this team. This morning I was cut off by someone operating a company van causing my 7 year old to jolt forward. What's more, is I observed the driver do the same thing a few cars ahead. Safe driving can't possibly be a focus point for this company with drivers behaving this way.

Used this company to repair our shower faucet a couple years ago. They cut a hole into our wall, which is still there. Tried to give them a chance to repair the same shower faucet, was told a technician would contact us, which never happened. Called several times to schedule, and kept getting vague responses. I don’t recommend this company.

Great experience! Super knowledgeable and informative. Have a new build and my AC system hasn't been working effectively and efficiently, since we moved in, finally got tired of calling back the company who installed it without ever getting it fixed and reached out to SALT! SUPER glad I did!
