Our experience with Reliant Plumbing was excellent! We called them about a possible slab leak which we came home to after our Christmas vacation. Jay and Ben got to our house less than 2 hours after that call. The leak was worse than anyone expected and the guys worked hard to find and fix the leak and reroute a water line. Jay and Ben are polite and friendly and their service was great from start to finish!

We hired Capital City as part of a refresh on our house before putting it up for sale. We gave Jeff Bogus a list, he bid it, and we approved the work. He then took the liberty of adding on to his scope of work, and got snippy when we told him that wasn't in his bid - that it was on other vendor's work list. We questioned his bill, and endured some of his psuedo-legal bickering. Ultimately we paid his price and moved on - it wasn't worth the trouble. HOWEVER, a month later, we got a $1000 water bill. We asked Jeff to come out and check his work. He refused, saying that since we argued over the original bill, that removes (us from) additional work and warranty. As a recovering attorney, I always find this psuedo-legal babble entertaining. What isn't so entertaining is a plumber that's hard to deal with on the front end, and won't help on the back end when there's a problem. Caveat Emptor.

Oscar came out today and quickly fixed my main drain line. Very professional, took the time to explain and show me everything that was going on. Other plumbers have come out for the same blockage, but Oscar was the only one to find the real source of the block and get it taken care of. Top notch!

I received the BEST customer experience from this company for my commercial tenant buildout project - They showed up as scheduled, did honest and professional job, assisted with scheduling all of the city inspections, resolved the inspection issue, and stayed in communication with me through the entire project!!! Cameron tackled what must have been over half a century of accumulation in our washing machine drain; successfully! He worked tirelessly and at considerable length to tackle the problem. This Tech was out to do a call at my home because our AC stoped working so he came out to tell us we had a blown part that had to be replaced for 450 or something like that plus labor but we really should just replace the whole system that would cost us 7,000-25,000 depending what we wanted. Well my husband went to Lowe’s purchased a new thermostat and what do you know our AC was right back to normal works perfectly fine. Don’t always listen to the person who has an agenda for taking your money go with your gut before you fork out thousands.

The office staff were wonderful…responsive and very helpful. They helped me find a beautiful replacement which their technicians promptly obtained and installed. The service is superb as are the results.

Antonio came out 30 minutes early, which was great for me, and he worked for 3 hours clearing a clog in main line and detected 2 breaks in my pipe. O&M scheduled to come back for the break repair in 2 days. I'm very happy with their service.

Darvin came out and was friendly and professional. He was able to get my water heater on but the company charged $150 to turn it on which felt like they were taking advantage of me in a desperate situation. Nothing was wrong with my water heater, I was just not doing it right.

Reid did a great job unclogging our main pipe which fixed both the toilet and the shower.

Great explanation of issues - great communication skills. Was able to resolve promptly and give diagnosis of a few other issues I showed him. Would definitely request him as the plumber for other needs.
