Called to get prices on installing a new AC unit. Got a quick appt but then they told me they were on their way and didn’t show up til 1 1/2 hours later. They checked everything out and said someone would call me for different price ranges to install a new AC unit. It’s been a week and a half and I have yet to hear from anyone. Starting to call other companies. I’m not without AC but I know mine is giving out and I thought I’d give them a try. Guess not.

This company takes on way too many jobs to handle. If you call after 4pm you get a Call center service. I have an account on file and still have to give every detail of my company. Whatever message you leave with the call center is pointless. All they do is tell Fox when they open up that you called with 0 detail that was given. You will never get a call from Fox or an actual appointment time even if you placed one with the overnight call center. Fox is overbooking all of their tech's. I had an appointment for Thursday - they called and said Tuesday - on Tuesday they called and said :im first for Wednesday along with a im sorry were doing the best we can. If you use them get used to this. It happens every time. And they are top dollar charge. Find a smaller company - they are not equipped to be consistent. Also they sent a rookie tech on the last job - he didn't know what to do so he just left.. I had to call Fox myself to ask what happened - they had no idea - but unfortunately all their other tech's were busy so i was first in line tomorrow they still sent me a top dollar bill for the first tech for $300. They dont care about anyone - they are way to big for their own customer service.

I was a first time customer yesterday and I could not be more thrilled with them. The communication from appt confirmation, to their arrival was so great and appreciated. Mike and Jake arrived, masked and with protective footies- provided thorough explanations of the issues I had, were so polite, helped me with three other issues that I had, and were just amazing. I honestly don't leave many reviews, but this company and that crew that served me, compelled me to share. It is so hard to find quality, on-time and honest service providers, and I cannot recommend them enough. A+++++ review! Use them!

One day in my house the air conditioning began to sound strange, I did not give it much importance because I thought it was common, to my surprise it was not, after 10 minutes smoke began to come out of the appliance, I had to turn it off immediately but the heat was unbearable, I looked for a tech near my area and I found this company on Google Maps, I called the company a little worried hoping that they could help me urgently, the person in charge of the telephone line told me that he would see if I had any tech available and would call me back shortly, within 10 minutes he let me know if there was availability and within 30 minutes Kendrick was at my house, he did a deep clean and repaired my air conditioner, he also gave me several maintenance tips, I felt very happy with the service.

Great explanation of issues - great communication skills. Was able to resolve promptly and give diagnosis of a few other issues I showed him. Would definitely request him as the plumber for other needs.

I just had one of the worst customer service experiences I have had with these guys. I had used them for over a decade with great results but that has changed. I understand the reluctance to give labor rates over the phone but the refusal to give the price of a specific toilet model (as in the part) reeks of bait and switch. Further, I could not even get a call back to confirm my service appointment and find out today that they are now booked for the next two weeks. I wish I had called someone else.

I highly recommend McGinnis Plumbing. I have used this services twice and Brian has exceeded my expectations each time. He is prompt, has shown up exactly when he says he is and gives me a courtesy call before his arrival. I've recieved expert quality service and fair pricing. He's given us his professional advice on other plumbing issues so that we could make informed decisions saving us money and a lot of grief. I've used other plumbers in the past and by far, McGinnis is the best!
