Curtis was right on time and very professional. We had low water pressure so he had to dig up the valve where the city water connects to our row house water. He quickly diagnosed the problem, dug up the valve, replaced it with a much stronger and longer lasting valve, and put everything back. All in 2 hours. Very pleased with and will definitely use them again.

I work at Olive Garden and we were 3 hrs away from starting our dinner rush, when we noticed that we had a problem with one of our sinks in our main bathroom. We called Clarke Kent Plumbing and they sent us Juan Martinez, who was in the area at that time. He arrived with in the hour and took care of the problem.right in time for us to be ready for that dinner rush. I will greatly recommend this company and Mr. Juan to everyone.

I have no reservations recommending Economy Plumbing. I called at 10am on a Monday with a water leak in my garage and they said they can send someone between noon and 2pm the same day (other plumbing companies were telling me to wait 2 days with my garage being flooded). Luke showed up the same day, was absolutely amazing and was determined to do the best job to fix my water leak. The leak was under my house which was very stressful for me but Luke was very re-assuring and told me that it can be fixed. During the whole process of figuring out which line is leaking, disconnecting it and reconnecting it over-ground, Luke was a pleasure to work with: he was very respectful of my house and made to sure to completely clean up. He also went out of his way to make sure that I don't have any other lingering water problems in my house. Luke did not leave my house until he was sure that I was satisfied with all the work that he did. Brendan was very helpful as well, working with Luke to make sure the repairs are done as fast and smooth as possible. The work was very professional and the finished product met my needs exactly.Overall, a great experience and will definitely contact Economy Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Dallas arrived on time, and fixed out leaking sink. He was informative, and efficient, and thoroughly explained the issue and resolution each step of the way.

Just had Chris from A&T come out to look at my toilets. He was very kind and professional. He found the issue I was having with one of the toilets and then rebuilt another toilet for me. Did it in a timely manner, and stuck around to make sure everything was working with me. He also took the time to answer several unrelated plumbing questions I had including checking out the shower drain. I haven't had a lot of plumbing work done, so I don't know pricing well, but I thought it was a fair price. I will be using A&T again for whatever my next plumbing need ends up being.

They must be desperate to hire because they have absolutely insane plumbers. I'm 64 years old driving a little SUV returning home from a doctor visit. Their driver, speeding on Duval street near the Domain, then crossed 3 lanes to turn cutting you off and slam on brakes because they must be missing the turn to go onto MOPAC to go north, no signal, no arm wave gesture showing kindness, just cut you off, then after honking, flip you the finger like it was you who did something wrong.After a few finger flips, the driver literally stops traffic behind him, gets out of his company truck, like he is going to fight...walks up to your window name calls you lots of CURSE WORDS more, then drives off. You follow to try to get and copy the drivers truck license as he risks lives on the highway speeding and risky lane changing and then at another stop into an apartment complex entrance, gets out of his truck and does it all again, cursing at you, triple finger flipping you while his arms are waving? All this even while you have the company's receptionist on the phone explaining to her this young Hispanic plumber's insane behavior, unsafe driving and asking her to speak to him.All this with their company name plastered all over their big truck, and the receptionist doesn't seem to care?She gets your personal information says a manager will call, of course no call. So since no call, l left this review.Would you want someone (a plumber) like this allowed into your HOME?

I called Austin Plumbery and the NEXT morning someone was able to come and diagnose what was wrong with my clogged shower drain. Travis was who helped me and he was great. He explained what he was doing and even did multiple checks around my house to make sure I didn’t have any leaks. I really appreciated his attitude and willingness to explain things to me (I’m a newish homeowner and like to learn about my home’s systems and how they work). I’ll definitely use them again should I need plumbing help.

I had a really great experience with Al Mac Pumbing & Gas. Alex is a knowledgeable, responsive, reliable and trustworthy. He has been apart of transforming our yard from day 1 and was integral in making our space exactly how we wanted it. We needed to trench our yard to extend our gas line and have a few stub outs for new water heaters and a grill. He does quality work and I would absolutely call him in the future.

Charles and Matthew came and fixed a leaking sink for me at the last minute right before we left on vacation. They were super helpful and fast and explained everything they were doing thoroughly. I was referred to Yuri and Ciao Plumbing by our neighbors. I had him bid on replacing my supply lines, angle stops, and re-plumb my kitchen for a new sink, faucet and garbage disposal. Yuri’s quote was much more reasonable than my regular plumber. Will schedule this work for after 1/1/21.Update 1/18/2021Yuri came out to my home today to work on several plumbing projects - change out all angle stops and supply lines to all faucets; installed new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal; reset and installed new supporting screws to master bath toilet; correct guest bath shower cartridge alignment; re-install angle stop to guest bath toilet; install new supply lines to washing machine. Yuri worked non-stop on these tasks and kept me informed throughout the process. His master plumber experience and job skills were evident in his work. Upon completion, Yuri took me room by room to show me what had been done, to check for leaks, and to ensure that all was in good working condition. He also patiently listened to and answered all my questions. Yuri is the consummate professional and I am very pleased with his work.
