Holy Cow these guys are great! I had a laundry list of things I have put off for ages and they never blinked. I was sure they would need several hours to be done. All done to perfection in a flash. Excellent service from Plumb Masters! I needed a plumber pretty quickly because I knew I had a severe leak. I called Plumb Masters and they were out the same day to assess AND fix the leak! They came back a couple of days later to fill the hole (it was in my front yard) and you cannot even tell ground was moved. Thank you for the excellent service. Plumb Masters has a forever customer!

Quick to reply and send technician. Cost me $99 trip fee to get an extremely overpriced quote. I had an incoming water line leak in PVC joint that attaches to incoming copper line to supply house. I had already uncovered and located the leak. Should have taken less than 30 minutes for repair of a $3 PVC fitting...they wanted $675!

One positive for this company is their plumber was very nice! When I called, I described my situation about a leak in my house, the City detected from their computers. I explained to Moore that I had checked all the obvious places: The grounds outside, toilets, spouts, listening for any running water whatsoever. That was the reason I was calling, because I couldn't see or hear any water.They ended up charging me $89 for a look check, which I had already done and explained that again to the plumber. He inspected outside, as I already had done, and suggested I call back when the ground was not wet from the rains. He did not perform any kind of water pressure test. He just gave me his opinion which was to wait for the ground to dry out after the rains we had.I had the presence of mind to call another plumbing company who came out the very same day and performed all kinds of water testing and found the water leak under the foundation.

Chris came over in less than 20mins from our toilet overflowing and fixed the issue before we had any serious damage. He explained every detail and was very helpful.

AAA Auger is one of the best plumbing companies in the Austin area. They have performed many repairs for our home and we have always been pleased with their services. We were very pleased with the professional service that Paul provided this week when repairing our kitchen and bath faucets. We had our main drain line blocked and water was backing up in the bathroom. Redbud came out and cleared the lines and was extremely reasonable price wise. We have tenants in that house and I was fortunate that Redbud could help us so quickly. I will use Redbud Pluming for all our future plumbing issues.

AMAZING AND A LIFE SAVER! I awoke to my neighbor letting me know I had a leak in my front yard. Water company came out to turn off the after and said they couldn’t help and to call a plumber. I found Mr. Santana on google maps and called him at 10 in a panic and he told me he would be able to be here by noon. At 11:58 I get a knock on the door! He estimates it will take him about 4 hours to find and fix the issue. He tells me the price and I nearly fainted, but I had no choice. He began the work while I stood there, more because I was curious to find out what the issue was not because I didn’t trust him, and at no time did he look aggravated cause I was his silent assistant. He found the issue about an hour in. Took him another hour to fix it. He adjusted his price to fit the job and left no mess when he left. 10/10. He is an amazing gentleman!
