I have never been so dissatisfied with a business in my time as a home owner. Technician failed to show up on two separate days, the first without a phone call, the second not until 5:30 pm. I was assured they would show up the next morning at 9am and did not hear anything until after 11 when I was told they had the wrong parts and could not even discuss rescheduling until the following week. More frustrating is that no one I’ve spoken to there seems to have any concern with the poor quality of service i have received. I strongly recommend you look elsewhere for your plumbing needs.Edit:I had sincerely hoped that after Renee got involved I would be able to edit this post about how this was handled promptly once the right people were informed however that was NOT the case.Renee was able to get me another appointment scheduled however par for the course, the technician no-called / no-showed that one as well (fourth time it needed to be rescheduled). I informed Renee of this but have not heard from her since.Finally after 13 days and four missed appointments, they finally came out to complete the install. Then in the most bizarre fashion at 4:15, the tech had to take lunch after which point he would come back and complete paper work. Just under an hour later he returned only to park in front of my house and sit on the phone for another 40 minutes. All of this to delay the two minute process of digitally signing my name on the work order.
