Professional business from first contact through completion...this is how a business should be run, but rarely is nowadays. I was able to schedule my appointment on my first call (actually talked to a person), Eddie showed up on time, communicated well and fixed the issue (broken hot water line in foundation) for the price quoted. I live in a four Plex they’re working on now and they were supposed to do the work from 8 AM to 4 PM they didn’t show up until 4 PM and we’re drilling underneath my unit until 10 o’clock at night I have a 10-year-old daughter and they kept her up late when she at school the next day I was also without water and she had swimming that night and I was not informed they’d be there that late I also was left without water I was told he would be there at eight in the morning and I waited for him before I left and he never showed up completely unprofessional I would never hire this guy to do your work they do not take you in consideration nor your children and they do all their work late.In response to the owner no nothing worked when they left our plumbing still doesn’t work. They were requested and scheduled to be there during the day not the night get your story straight. If they were here when they were supposed to be maybe they wouldn’t have had people flushing the toilet since they weren’t supposed to be there at that time.

Five stars and more to David and Caleb. They are the best and my new favorite electrical technicians. They replaced my interior panel and installed an exterior disconnect service panel 200 amp. They were very professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the process. Highly recommend these two gentlemen. 1st Home & Commercial Services is top notch in all areas. I have had them help me with plumbing, electrical, AC and Heating. They are first class in all areas.

We are a metal fabrication shop (Austin Iron) and was in need of immediate service. The shop was in jeopardy of having a major water supply issue. I tried to contact them twice, left my information and no one's gotten back to me. If they're not out of business then they've got a really poor idea of customer service.

During the freeze our outdoor tankless hot water heater busted. We called on a recommendation from a friend on Thursday and they were out Saturday to check it out. The water heater was a total loss, and availability was difficult due to the widespread freeze. Good Flow was able to secure a hot water heater and install the following morning. I have seen quotes from neighbors for twice as much as I was charged and Good Flow likely could have charged the same and got it due to the situation, but kept to their honest pricing. I will recommend and use them in the future.

Very professional. Repaired main water leak in a timely fashion. Very courteous was Mr. Al Mac. It started pouring down rain and lightning, but he stayed and completed the job! I highly recommend this company. If I ever need a plumbing service again, this is my man. The technician, Jose Ruiz, was excellent. He was very professional. He understood our problem with our electricity breaker panel and our surge protector and went to work solving all of the issues. At all times when it was necessary for Jose to interact with us he was kind, patient, and quick to explain the problem and the steps he would take to solve it. The results he managed to reach would be labeled perfect. He also maintained the proper protocol for protecting against COVID.
