Big leak behind fridge at 10:00 at night. Tried calling other companies I had heard of first ( Radiant and Strand) both of whom also have 24 hour service. Both told me that they couldn’t get to me until the next day some time. Plumb Master was there in 20ish minutes. Cost a bit more for the visit, but in no way excessive considering it was the middle of the night. Did great work, showed me the problem, explained everything ( including how to turn the water off outside), and was done in maybe 20 minutes.

They came out first thing on a Saturday morning, after I noticed a leak (wet dirt; meter spinning), and Austin Water had came off to turn off the main line. They quoted me a price that was less than I expected, and got things taken care of on the spot. Ended up being resolved far quicker than I had expected, and I'm grateful someone answered the phone after 11pm on a Friday night!

Cesar, George and David installed 2 ceiling fans (14 ft ceilings), a whole house surge protector, generator outside inlet box/plug, AND rewired some of my breakers that had short wires (no charge!). They offer options to receive discounts. They will come back to install an interlock kit for my portable generators next week to complete my readiness for the next power outages. The quality of their work is outstanding and the prices are very reasonable. Did I mention I was out of their normal service area, but Abacus came anyway to give me a FREE QUOTE, no strings attached!
