Fantastic experience with A&T. Had a leak that was so bad that Austin Water contacted me due to excessive water usage. Called A&T at 2pm, they had it done, yes done by 6 pm. Great work. Everyone was friendly with a sense of urgency. Corbin and Corbin, Associates, as I came to call them, explained everything as it was progressing, and made sure to get a quote before starting any major work. I was in desperate need for a new alcove bathtub for a remodel I was doing. After wasting days checking the big box stores and looking at overpriced junk, I thought there had to be a better way. I contacted Chris over Redbud Plumbing for some advice. I realized that this was more fixture related issue than actual plumbing issue but my thinking was that with the experience these guys have, surely they would be able to point me in the right direction on a quality product. Chris took the time and came up with a few options in my price point. He provided a detailed overview of each option which made my decision so much easier. He ordered it for me from one of their suppliers and I had my tub installed a few days later. Thank you for the outstanding customer service Chris and Redbud plumbing. You guys are fantastic!

Hired Good Flow Plumbing to do a camera inspection of a sewer line when buying a home. Once on site, I found out that their snake with recording capability was broken, so they didn't provide me with a video of the snaking. In an email reply after the fact, they told me recordings are only done if requested ahead of time but I was never offered that option even though it is normal to provide evidence of the sewer line inspection...Luckily my realtor was there and recorded a video of the screen with her phone. We also didn't receive a report for the inspection either. Just an invoice with 3 sentences describing what they saw on the camera.Would not hire again.

Alex was great to work with! We needed to run a gas line around our house and through our backyard to hook up a heater for our stock tank pool. He knocked everything out in one day and was extremely communicative during the entire process. Once the heater was delivered, he came back out to hook it up to the new gas line. We are so happy we chose to work with him on this project. The level of service was exceptional and I will definitely be calling him again if we need any other plumbing services in the future!
