I’ve had two other plumbers come out to address the kitchen sink backing up. I was quoted $17,500 to replace pipes by the company sent by the home warranty co. Rooter Man came and unclogged the sink and replaced some pipes under the sink and are returning this afternoon to jet the line to the sewer. Replacement was not necessary! Thanks so much for the quick, quality, and honest work!

Dominic was amazing! We called 1st Home and Commercial Services after reading the positive Google reviews because we needed help with an installation for a new bathroom sink and hardware and they were able to help us the same day. It was not a straight forward installation and we were missing a part. Dominic called multiple stores to track down the needed pieces and he did a stellar job with the installation. We also had questions about clogged drains and he recommended a product that he offered to drop off on his route the next business day. Dominic was friendly and really went the extra mile. He was also mindful of the current health crisis and practiced distancing and was wearing PPE including a mask and shoe covers. We were very impressed with the service and look forward to working with him again.

This firm has decided to capitalize on demand. They quoted me 660$ for a 15 minute repair. I paid their estimate fee of 89$ and said no thank you. Go elsewhere!
