Wow, simply put! We received a recommendation from our neighborhood list serve on Daniel's Plumbing and am I really glad we called them. Mac came out and looked over the issues we were having and provided a Quote for all the services we needed( clogged pipes, leaking water under our kitchen sink and 2 outside faucets that needed to be replaced). The pricing was VERY satisfactory! I have to mention Mac's name again because this guy was GREAT! Fast, friendly and offered several recommendations that were right up our alley! Pierre and his team are fantastic! We recently had a leaking water softener and were not sure how to change out the part that was leaking. I was glad Roto Rooter had the plumbing service and water restoration in one company. They both came out the day my water heater went out causing water in 4 rooms of my house. This is the first time I had ever had this sort if emergency. They were all very nice and helpful, which helped my stress level go down.They are also dealing with insurance on my behalf for the water damage clean up. I would recommend them. The only thing is they were about an hour later each time they said they were coming, but that may be from going over schedule on a previous job and not necessarily bad business.

Friendly, prompt, and solid at explaining everything as they went. Sweet and easy experience overall - good in my book!

We have lived in this home since 1990 and our ducts and vents were horrible. I knew this already as we have mold and dust allergies. I look forward to our next visit. Very efficient and courteous. Price Taggart was very professional and very helpful. He found our problem immediately and was able to fix it in a matter of minutes with equipment he had in his truck. He also explained the problem in a clear and concise manner. Overall a very good experience.

Byron did an amazing job. He showed up on time and explained everything that needed to be done. He gave me details regarding what the price of the repairs would be and made sure I understood everything by giving me plenty of time to ask questions. Once the pricing was established, he got to work and had the repairs done quickly. He made sure there wouldn’t be any leaks and asked to make sure I didn’t have any questions before giving me the invoice. He also cleaned up everything so you would never know there was work done. I will definitely be calling Fox should I have any issues in the future.

Ciao Plumbing contacted me promptly and came on the weekend to repair a shower cartridge leak that was worsening significantly. Their job was clean, fast, and they provided me with instructions and part references for future issues. The price was reasonable considering a visit during a weekend.
