The plumbers that came out were outstanding!!! Curtious and customer focused. They installed a gas line for my home generator and installed my water softener. They took the time to explain all they did and their professionalism is second to none. You have a customer for life.

Curtis evaluated the situation and quickly identified the issue, explained how he was doing to resolve it and made changes to the setup to prevent issues in the future. Besides the great service Curtis was very friendly.

Reliant Plumbing was super responsive and came out the day that my pipe burst, even though it was a Sunday. Ray was professional and walked us through the issue and the associated costs and allowed us time to analyze the best method going forward.

Just had Chris from A&T come out to look at my toilets. He was very kind and professional. He found the issue I was having with one of the toilets and then rebuilt another toilet for me. Did it in a timely manner, and stuck around to make sure everything was working with me. He also took the time to answer several unrelated plumbing questions I had including checking out the shower drain. I haven't had a lot of plumbing work done, so I don't know pricing well, but I thought it was a fair price. I will be using A&T again for whatever my next plumbing need ends up being.

I don't encounter problems severe enough to call a plumber too often, but when I do, I call Mr. Rooter. They're simply the best plumbers that Austin has to offer.

Woke up this morning to a leaky pipe flooding one of our front beds and streaming down the driveway ? Made a couple calls around to different plumbers but with the freezes lately wreaking havoc on everyone’s pipes, the earliest i could get someone to make it out was in four days! Then I got in contact with Redbud Plumbing and they were at our house by noon today. Patched up the pipe, dug the deepest hole I’ve seen in a long while to get to it, and restarted our water all in a handful of hours. Very grateful for his timely arrival and his excellent work! Will absolutely use them for all our plumbing needs in the future.

Very professional. Repaired main water leak in a timely fashion. Very courteous was Mr. Al Mac. It started pouring down rain and lightning, but he stayed and completed the job! We received exceptional service from both Price Taggart and Daniel Espinoza of Stan's Heating and Air this month. Our heater went out over a weekend while a cold front was blowing in.Daniel provided service on a Sunday evening and although he had to give us the bad news that our fan motor had gone out and must be ordered, he provided detailed and accurate information about how the process of ordering and delivering the part would work.Price provided service twice after that as Stan's worked to get the part installed.Both young men have excellent people skills and, equally important, know how to take care of their customers.We would also like to praise Steve in the Parts Department. He worked diligently and professionally to get the correct part delivered and communicated well throughout the entire process.Great Work!
