Best Sink Installation in Austin TX

Had a toilet that was sliding around. Figured it was a busted flange. Plumber arrived and had me sign a $405. work order to pull the toilet and reset it. Pulled the toilet and confirmed it was the flange. Plumber went outside to text main office and came back in with TWO more proposals, One for $1,785. and the other for $3,885. that one included jack hammering out my floor. I said that's a lot of money and I would have to think about it, he left and left the toilet sitting by my shower. I fixed it myself for $41.05. I said I would like at least a $300 refund because they charged me to reset the toilet. After 6 e mails to the company they just blew me off. I'll never call them again.

I had blocked septic pipe from home and Curtis from Rooter Man was outstanding in promptly coming and removing solid obstruction. He also is very knowledgeable about septic and plumbing. I will definitely use this company again if the need arises.

EDIT: *** Mr. Brett Bidwell, the franchise owner, called today and took numerous steps to correct the situation. I'm happy with his attempts to address my concerns and will check with him if I have any future plumbing problems that need assistance.*** We were charged over $322 to have a four inch long piece of waterline soldered into place. The plumber, Alvin Santoy, spent less than 30 minutes working on this since we already had the broken waterline exposed. The plumber was rude to my wife when she tried to ask him a few questions about our leaking bathtub drain.

It was Thanksgiving week, my main house drain was clogged and guests were coming. Your service team arrived on time and quickly resolved the problem. They were polite, professional and had the required equipment. Thanks for saving the day.

I was trying to find a plumber to do a same day washer valve replacement. While everywhere else says Monday, Plumb Master's dispatcher, Jenifer not only get me on the same day also tried to make sure I don't have to pay for after hour surcharge. Jaime came and helped us replacing valves promptly and even gave us a discount!

Daniel did a fantastic job fixing a leaky pipe under the kitchen sink. He was professional and offered other alternatives that would help with the cost. I would definitely rehire him again if another issue needs to be fixed.

Great service - Cody arrived on-time and called ahead to confirm his scheduled arrival. Was very efficient and helpful - I had a leak to fix, which he diagnosed and repaired promptly; then I had several valves to replace, which he did efficiently and quickly. He understood and explained problems I was having and advised me on how to take care of them.Company works by the hour and openly provided hourly rates on the phone. Final bill was as expected. Great group to do business with - will definitely call them again if I need plumbing help.

The slip screw thing joining two plastic pipes under the sink had unscrewed causing a water leak. I called Ciao Plumbing and spoke to Yuri. He asked me to send him a photo. We set up an appointment for 2:30pm that day. He arrived on time. Extremely professional, friendly and honest. Would definitely recommend CIAO plumbing to anyone.

I would give this company negative. I called because there a leak in our downstairs kitchen. This company charge $99 just to come and look at the problem, and hopefully tell you what's wrong with it. And he couldn't tell me anything. He said he had to cut a hole in the ceiling, but it will cost additional $93! I said No. But I still paid him $99 to tell me nothing. What a waste of my money!! Never again with this company!!!! Once he left, I finally figure out what's wrong and I didn't even cut a hole in the ceiling.
