The positive is they showed up within 2 hours on a Saturday afternoon for a clogged kitchen sink. I had a bad feeling when the guy quoted me $350 without even looking at my sink. First impression wasn't good so I passed.

I was trying to find a plumber to do a same day washer valve replacement. While everywhere else says Monday, Plumb Master's dispatcher, Jenifer not only get me on the same day also tried to make sure I don't have to pay for after hour surcharge. Jaime came and helped us replacing valves promptly and even gave us a discount!

Definition of highway robbery. Paid $129 to receive a $3800 estimate to install track lighting. After review I noticed they were going to charge me $2000 for parts that cost $100 at Home Depot. I informed them I would gladly pick up the parts as was already supplying them with the track lighting. And I would like to proceed with the job and pay the labor fees.Afterwards, the tech tried to state they would not be able to do that since the parts included labor. Which was obviously bogus. The estimate clearly separated parts and labor. This was his way to try to squeeze me for more money. Not to mention the tech wasn't even a master electrician. This was the most outrageous inflated quote I have received and have taken my business elsewhere.

I forgot the plumbers name but he was professional, courteous and got right to work. He was careful to cover his shoes, tell me what he was doing and was friendly. I would recommend him to anyone and Benjamin Franklin plumbing.

I feel very lucky to have found AAA Auger. Stephen showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, took the time to explain it to me, then expedited a fix. Alex did a great job too, very polite and very respectful of our house. They left it cleaner than before they got there. Highly recommend.

This plumber was a great find! They called us back quickly, arrived on time, and diligently solved our tricky clogging problem using a straightforward and well explained approach. I was impressed by their knowledge and grateful they were able to help us so quickly. Their rates are affordable too. I am sure we will use them again, they are excellent.

We recently used Good Flow Plumbing for our bathroom remodel. They set us up with new sinks, a line for a new tub, and a new shower. GF worked with our schedule to help us at each stage of the the remodel, and I trusted their experience in replacing our garden tub with a free standing tub. I felt like everything was explained to me clearly and in terms that I could appreciate to understand what my plumbing issue was caused by. They were able to fix my sink and water heater quickly and efficiently.

Was experiencing issues with my A/C system that I was unable to fix or figure out on my own. I called Stan's and was able to get an appointment for the following day. The tech, Chris, showed up on the early end of the scheduling window and completed the work in 15-20 mins. Was very courteous and professional, wore shoe covers (and actually took them off when going outside!! So many people don't do this) and diagnosed and corrected the problem. It was a capacitor problem so he replaced the foreign product with a US made part. Again, super pleased with the service and feel that the value was in line with what I expected.

I was referred to Yuri and Ciao Plumbing by our neighbors. I had him bid on replacing my supply lines, angle stops, and re-plumb my kitchen for a new sink, faucet and garbage disposal. Yuri’s quote was much more reasonable than my regular plumber. Will schedule this work for after 1/1/21.Update 1/18/2021Yuri came out to my home today to work on several plumbing projects - change out all angle stops and supply lines to all faucets; installed new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal; reset and installed new supporting screws to master bath toilet; correct guest bath shower cartridge alignment; re-install angle stop to guest bath toilet; install new supply lines to washing machine. Yuri worked non-stop on these tasks and kept me informed throughout the process. His master plumber experience and job skills were evident in his work. Upon completion, Yuri took me room by room to show me what had been done, to check for leaks, and to ensure that all was in good working condition. He also patiently listened to and answered all my questions. Yuri is the consummate professional and I am very pleased with his work.
