I can't help but want to shower praise upon Mr. Rooter. There's no other plumber in Austin quite like them. Their dedication to high-quality service towers above all of their competition, it's truly admirable and amazing.

I requested camera service to see if we had plumbing issues because of repeated toilet backing up into the shower. Even though we did not find an exact problem, he did a thorough job to see where we did not have a problem. He found some bellies in the plumbing from the house to the street which we chose not to fix. All in all, I was pleased with the service.

I've owned my house for 28 years, so I've had a lot of maintenance and I can say without reservation that 1st Home & Commercial is in a class by itself. No offense to other good contractors, but the difference is stricking. I recently needed major plumbing repairs and 1st Home & Commercial was recommended by a neighbor and today, they did AC maintenance work. In both cases 1st Home & Commercial rose above other providers in terms of professional practices, experience, quality, courtesy and competency of the technicians. Because they cover all the bases--electrical, plumbing, HVAC--you don't need to call anyone else. And, importantly, their prices are extremely fair.

AAA Auger was recommended by my daughter, who received good service from them through the years. I found her recommendation to be right on target. The initial response from Paul and Juan was friendly and very responsive. When a minor problem developed subsequently, I requested a call back which came quickly and Paul again provided excellent service, promptly diagnosing and resolving the problem without any further charge. AAA Auger and Paul are my guys for good going forward.

Joe did an amazing job at my home fixing the hot water heater he was very prompt and always answered his phone right away which I really appreciated. I had an issue a few days later with my water heater and they were kind enough to help troubleshoot it over the phone. Just to let folks know that even though Stan's advertising doesn't include toilet replacement, they replaced my commode from ineffective builder-grade to wonderful commercial-grade. Total time from proposal to finished installation was about an hour-and-a-half, including the time it took to get the new toilet here. Also, the advertising talks about Austin only, but I live in Hutto and it was no problem. Technician Jose Hernandez was terrific.

I have called Ciao plumbing twice. Each time, they have arrived in less than 30 minutes. The work has been excellent and I am going to continue to contact them for future projects. I feel very confident with their professionalism.
