After being without water for five days my wife and I breathed a sigh of relief when Jess & his crew showed up. We had already made reservations to spend the next few days in a hotel. Jess immediately went to work to determine the source of the leak which I thought was in the slab. Thankfully it wasn’t, but instead, the leak was in the wall above the outside faucet. Jess assured my wife and I that he would have our leaking problem corrected within the hour and it was. Friendly, professional and responsive to all of my questions, I would not hesitate to recommend S & D Plumbing to any of my friends. They did a efficient and outstanding job.

Every plumbing emergency we've had has been handled by Custom Plumbing Services. All would have been impossible for us to fix on our own (pipe broken by tree root, sewage clog, broken toilet flange). Every plumber who has been to our house has been courteous, professional, and upfront about the cost, which was always reasonable for the quality and efficiency of the work. I went to their webpage and they claim to be able to work on all and any water softeners. After their technician arrive, the first thing out of his mouth was I've never seen nothing like this before. That gave me a bad feeling right from the start. I googled it, and I could tell him what the problem was. Then he started quoting prices, to do guess work on my unit. He took a picture of the standing water in my salt tank, and texted it to his boss to see if he could help. The point I'm making is, Stan's knowingly sent out an under-qualified technician to do work on my water softener. They charged me $97.00 for nothing! I called the supervisor on duty and all he had to say was we don't know how to work on everything. I would call that false advertisement, based on their website. What bothered me most, the supervisor wasn't at all concerned about customer service. I would not recommend them for nothing. Stan's is the worst plumbing service, I've ever used!

My company Restoration 1 had a job that required some plumbing work and our plumbers weren’t available. Billy and his partner from Cold is on the Right came out and went above and beyond what was expected. The work they performed was clean, precise and made the customer happy! The price was extremely reasonable!I took a bunch of Billy’s cards and will definately be handing them out on our jobs! Good to find a company that cares as much as we do!

I’ve used O&M several times over the last few years. They always do great work, show up on time , professional staff and pricing has always been very fair. I have a couple rentals and my main home. These guys are the plumbers I always call.

Quite overpriced. $160 per hour labor + $60 service call not waived with use of service, plus tax, end up with more than $230 even for several minutes
