When it turned out to be something on the city’s side, he handled contacting the city utility service for us and arranging for them to come out to our property to assist. He also stayed to make sure that the city was able to fix the issue and that everything was resolved to our satisfaction. I had a plumbing problem that had been going on for a week. I burned through two contractors not returning calls and breaking appointments. Then I called Blue Dragon. Wow! what a difference. After setting up an appointment, Gilbert called me back a few minutes later and said he had a free tech that could come now! I'm sorry, but that never happens. I was actually stumped at first- not believing what I was hearing.. 3 hours later - problem fixed. Gilbert and Matt at Blue Dragon have restored my faith in customer service. Its good to know there are still companies who care about their customers.

I called A&T services to replace two 27 year old water heaters in my home. I wanted to install tankless water heaters and Pierre sent me a quote. The quote seemed brief and non-descriptive to me so over the weekend we emailed back and forth. I asked a number of questions and he answered them. I researched the water heaters they would install and discovered they were probably the best on the market. A&T came the day they promised and installed both heaters and had them both operable that day. The price was as quoted with no add ons and was less than 1/3 the price I was quoted by a competitor. I will use A&T in the future for all my plumbing needs and will highly recommend them to anyone needing a great plumber for a reasonable rate.Perry Marlow

Mr. Rooter had someone out the same day, earlier than promised. They gave me a reasonable price, and even though it was a tough leak to hunt down, Tommy found and repaired it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.

Outstanding! So grateful to Johnny Rooter! Plumbing leaks never happen at a convenient time. I got a knock on the door from a city employee on Friday after 5pm letting me know I had a big leak outside and after turning off the water, I called Johny Rooter. I'd used them several times before and had always been happy but this was a big job and I was worried. I am so impressed with Coleman. He came all the way from Leander back into Austin on Friday night, worked in the dark and found the leak and fixed it. He was professional, courteous, kind and trustworthy. Because it was after hours and digging in the dark takes longer, I was worried I was going to have a HUGE bill but he took care of us. Paying a plumber is like paying a dentist. You hate the bill but I can honestly say he deserved every penny of it and while I hate having to pay for a leak, I'm glad the good folks at Johnny Rooter get that money. Thanks again Coleman. Miguel come out inspected my a/c and gave me an honest appraisal. He was up front about all the different costs and it issues I could run into. He was very informative about the different types of units and their functions and how they save money on my electric bill. Miguel even offered his service if I had any questions on other appraisals I might get from his competitors. If you're looking for honesty, ask for miguel..

Goettl's communication is horrible and I wouldn't bother attempting to work with them. I was given an 11 to 1 window that I took time off work to be available for and no technician showed up or even communicated that they wouldn't be able to make the appointment window. Goettl also wanted $89 just to come out. I would recommend finding a better company to work with that actual respects your time.

Charles and Matthew came and fixed a leaking sink for me at the last minute right before we left on vacation. They were super helpful and fast and explained everything they were doing thoroughly. Charles even gave me some tips to save money on my gas and electricity bill while I'm out of town. Very pleased with the service.
