Our first experience with Roto-Rooter was excellent. We had Oscar De La Fuente and his assistant Leon come out to do our estimate yesterday, and they worked with us to create a plan of action on the next steps needed. They were able to get the clog in our main line cleared very quickly. In addition, they used their camera to inspect the pipes to show us the condition. They made an anxious problem very simple and pleasant.

I had a great experience with Andrew (and Graham) from Plumb Masters (aka Plumb Doctors) regarding leak detection service for insurance purposes. He is a very experienced plumber and did a great job for a reasonable price. I did not want to work with a leak detection company that works for insurance companies since this was a possible claim and I needed an unbiased, honest assessment of our leak. He is trustworthy and authentic and I will hire him again and recommend him to anyone needing leak detection or plumbing work.

Larry Baker was amazing. He helped trouble shoot a long standing problem with a tankless water heater system we have. We were not going to have hot water for the holiday, but thanks to his expertise, we will be able to host Christmas Eve WITH hot water!

A word of warning to my neighbors.My experience with Austin Plumbing has been terrible. First......they put in a natural gas heater in a house fitted for propane. I found out after that it was downright dangerous and a code violation. That was in August last year. Second.....this February I called them because hot water stopped again. No response. So I called Cold Is On The Right Plumbing who came over immediately and diagnosed the problem. But they kindly referred me back to the original company since the heater was still under warranty. But.....Austin Plumbing just asked me to contact the manufacturer myself. So I was forced to hire Cold Is On The Right to remedy the situation.....which they did.I am disappointed with Austin Plumbing, not so much for the initial mistake made but for not being upright and forthcoming about it. Without honesty and accountability nothing else matters.

I have used them since I bought my house and they have always been prompt, reliable, honest and hardworking. I will refer them to everybody! You included!

O&M was recommended by a trusted friend so I gave them a try. Drew arrived on time, checked out what I needed and gave me a fair estimate. Then, on the day of installation, he and Jonas arrived on time, did the installation, completely cleaned up after themselves and told me what I needed to know to maintain my system over the long run. These two gentlemen were great to work with and I look forward to working with O & M in the future should the need arise. I will definitely be recommending them to friends in need of plumbing help.

Warning: sexist and discriminatory practice. I was told by an ARS plumber (Josh) on the phone that he would not come look at my water heater until my husband was home. He said he didn't want to waste his time because I wouldn't be able to make a decision without my husband there. This actually happened. In 2019. I'm still shocked. When I called to complain, they expressed outrage at the situation, but in the end, did nothing to remedy it. They sent out another plumber who gave me a quote $400 higher than their competitor.

Ernest was awesome in explaining what he was doing, identifying the problem, and looking for any other issues prior to leaving me with a once again fully functioning HVAC system. Ernest showed that he really knows his stuff!!!
