Best Repair Tankless Water Heater in Austin TX

Warning! Never trust a company that charges your credit card $2,600 before ever sending a tech to your house. I did because of a water leak emergency. What a mistake. S&D plumbing uses unqualified techs with no supervision. That would explain why they have so many negative reviews. Never use S&D plumbing. Never!

We use Clarke Kent for all of our big plumbing repairs. They come out super fast, and always get the job done in a timely manner. Competitive pricing too.EDIT: Was a 5 star review; now a 2. Customer Service has gone down hill big time. Talked to Mickey. Put in a work request. Was told someone would be here between 10AM-3PM the next day. 3PM comes, and no one has showed up yet. I call to get an ETA. Mickey answers. He can't find the work request. Questions if I talked to him or Dylan. Mickey, you can't remember a conversation you had YESTERDAY? Gives the run around about when someone can come by because they're all on a call. I get that, but how do you lose the service request in the first place? Isn't that your job?On another note: We had a different project/leak, which was time consuming and tedious. We *thought* the repair was done, as it appeared to be. After further discovery, we realized it was not repaired. We call them back out to look at it, and they tell us there is no leak, but standing water due to the rain. When I called, however, we had not had rain in weeks prior. Someone comes out, looks at it for 30 seconds, tells us they'll keep an eye on it and leaves. They come back a week a half later, and lo and behold, the grass is still saturated with water where the leak was initially, and no rain. Just craziness. It is disappointing because we use Clarke Kent for all of our plumbing needs, and we have multiple other properties in the area that use them as well. They are no longer reliable or trustworthy.

We will definitely start using Benjamin BL as our preferred plumber for our multi-family assets in Austin. Amazing, prompt, professional service at unheard of reasonable pricing. Tim the tool man came to install the trim around the ceiling after our new HVAC system was in place. His work is impeccable. He took the time to match the paint perfectly. I would definitely would use him again!

Mike showed up in the 2hr time window and was very friendly and professional, showing us the possible costs (depending on work) and then the results of his work. Will definitely use Daniel's again!

I live in a four Plex they’re working on now and they were supposed to do the work from 8 AM to 4 PM they didn’t show up until 4 PM and we’re drilling underneath my unit until 10 o’clock at night I have a 10-year-old daughter and they kept her up late when she at school the next day I was also without water and she had swimming that night and I was not informed they’d be there that late I also was left without water I was told he would be there at eight in the morning and I waited for him before I left and he never showed up completely unprofessional I would never hire this guy to do your work they do not take you in consideration nor your children and they do all their work late.In response to the owner no nothing worked when they left our plumbing still doesn’t work. They were requested and scheduled to be there during the day not the night get your story straight. If they were here when they were supposed to be maybe they wouldn’t have had people flushing the toilet since they weren’t supposed to be there at that time.

He explained his steps and expected costs thoroughly and, most importantly, solved our leak when it was a difficult one to track down. I requested an appointment with them because my line burst between the meter and my house. They would charge more for a Sunday service (understandable) so I scheduled it for Monday. I decided to start digging to fix it myself and eventually called them when I reached the problem to cancel my appointment. Fred was totally cool with it and even gave me some pointers when I got to the problem. He wasn't going to make a dime out of me, but he was still so helpful. Next time I need a plumber on a task I can't handle, Benjamin Franklin's is definitely getting a call.

There isn't enough words to describe the level of service Redbud Plumbing provides. They have gone above and beyond in their trade. We are so fortunate to use them for all of our rental properties. They offer great communication, customer service, knowledge, and honesty; which is hard to come by nowadays. Don't hesitate to give them call for all your plumbing needs.

I woke up to both of my bathrooms flooded and Santana plumbing company squeezed me in today and within an hour found and fixed the problem. Prices arent bad, he finished in a timely manner, and he even gave me info to help in the future. I'm so glad that I called them and they're local.

Consumer beware. We hired Good Flow for an inspection and they lied to us about our plumbing and over quoted us. We had to get a second opinion and sent out a second company. The second company confirmed we didn't have any issues with photos. Anyways, long story short, I highly do not recommend Good Flow. I don't want anyone to go through the horrible experience we went through. This is a shady company and trying to make money using scared tactics. Also, read other people's reviews as their stories are very similar to mine. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE USE THEM! THEY ARE CROOKS!

Very professional. Repaired main water leak in a timely fashion. Very courteous was Mr. Al Mac. It started pouring down rain and lightning, but he stayed and completed the job! I highly recommend this company. If I ever need a plumbing service again, this is my man. And he did this work on a Sunday afternoon!He assessed the problem and assured me that he had EVERYTHING to fix my problem, and he did!!!

Very professional and honest. We had an electrical issue that was something we were doing and not the wiring that we thought. We were not charged for the service charge. These guys could have done some work and tried to fix the problem but were honest and upfront that it was likely what we were plugging in. I will definitely call Abacus again.
