This plumber was awesome, Garrett was very nice ( not pushy ) and explained exactly how billing worked. Simple game plan- one of two prices. The process was quick , he had the job done in less than two hours. He showed me the defected part, and let me take pictures of the final product before he covered it. Very professional- and a real company man! I will totally call them in the future when needed.

Shannon came out and was able to take care of the plumbing issue we had that 2 other plumbers weren't able to fix. He listened to me when I was describing the issue, and didn't just dismiss me. After about 20 minutes, he had the issue resolved and we have not had a repeat issue since! He was very professional, courteous, and quick. I would definitely recommend using this company for anyone needing quality work done.

I wanted to use this company and support local business but ended up regretting it a bit in the end. I had a pipe that was clogged from the septic and had them come out to check. They offered to bring the camera to inspect, but it didn't make it down and got stuck. Well, I got stuck with a huge charge for the camera. When I told the owner that I got charged ($600) for a few seconds of work and the camera did nothing, he replied That camera cost me $12,000. That response was less than professional. He handed the phone back to my wife and left. The only reason this is not a 1 star review is because his crew is really good. I did end up paying double and won't be making that mistake again.

Our technician Blake was amazing! He was professional and honest about what we needed done, and the costs. Blake had a good personality, and we would gladly, God forbid, ask for him in our time of need! Blake got straight to work and was finished much sooner than we ever expected! This is our second time that we have called them, and we highly recommend them for anyone in need!

These guys are always so punctual. They don’t try to sell you something that you don’t need. Mark(Mock with his accent lol) was very nice and professional, as was his helper. I see myself using them for a long time at my house and rental property.

I've had Mark out to our first house for a major pipe burst in the garage a couple years ago and not only did he come out in the middle of the night and get the situation under control, he also let us know costs up front as well as what we could expect and do to better help prevent this kind of thing in the future. Having said that, when we moved to our new home in Pflugerville and our expansive clay soil bust the incoming water to the house near the foundation I knew just who to call. I spoke with Mark (the owner) and he was out to the house in about 20 minutes. As usual, Mark let me know exactly what the fee would be as well as a clear estimate on what to expect. The job was done timely and professionally and as always, Mark let me know what I could do in order to better protect the home as well as ways to avoid this kind of thing in the future. Austen Plumbing Company is your go to for plumbing needs! I received a call-back within minutes of leaving my request for service. We were concerned we had a leak under our slab due to hot spots we were feeling on random tiles, and Austen was able to help me diagnose the cause of the hot tiles. I won't pretend to know the names of the various hot water heater parts, but by texting him pictures of our unit, he was able to coach me through some tests to determine if there was actually a leak or just the constant flow of hot water being pumped through the pipes. I greatly appreciated his prompt responses and ability to help us figure out what was going on via phone. Austen is incredibly polite and efficient.
