They were able to get someone out on site to give me a quote in only a few days rather than weeks, and he was incredibly courteous, considerate, and knowledgeable. He was able to explain how and why different options would work to better understand which solutions most efficiently resolved my issue. Radiant is one of the more expensive options, but with that comes the peace of mind that it is insured, licensed work, it won’t have to be redone, it won’t be done wrong and cause damage, permitting happens faster, etc. plus you get what you pay for. Plumbing is one of those things worth doing right the first time.

Oscar arrived within one hour from my initial call with a clogged drain line between the house and the street. He was professional courteous and quick. I also got a 6month warranty as part of the service that protects against another clog in the near future. I would gladly recommend. Great all around service.

We are very glad we did!We had our initial consultation and estimate from Brian, and he was able to answer our follow up questions quickly.Andrew arrived first and was able to get started on the extraction of the old equipment while Brad came with the rest of the new system. They exceeded our expectations by being on time and very professional.Our new Daikin Fit a/c and heating system are working great! The foot print of the new condenser out side is half the size of the old and it works more efficiently already.When I called to thank the office, John, was very friendly and remembered speaking to my husband earlier in the day.We are very pleased with the service we received!

My water was over 20 years old, it was still working, but I wanted to prevent problems before they happened. I contacted ARS rescue rooter in Austin, TX. Thomas Howard arrived on time and ready to go. Thomas was very professional and knowledgeable which put me at ease. Thomas went the extra step explaining the difference between tankless and regular water heater, things the person at Home Depot failed to mention. When moving to our new, and recently renovated home, we discovered that the drains in both the master bathtub and shower were clogged and slow to drain water. A call first thing in the morning to Neighborhood Plumbing and Drain was quickly answered, and a technician was promised by early afternoon. When a technician became available earlier than that, we received a follow up call from the company, and the tech arrived shortly thereafter. The Tech was prompt, polite, and talked us through what he saw, and let us know exactly what their service would cost us before he began any work. Once approved, the work was completed in a timely manner, and the root cause of the problem (a contractor had used the drain to get rid of excess plaster!) was made known to us.All in all, we couldn't be happier with Neighborhood Plumbing and Drain. Their service was fast and professional, and their pricing was more than fair for the service provided. If I could give them more than five stars, I certainly would!
