Grant arrived promptly as arranged and assessed my garbage disposal. He was honest and straightforward about the issue and gave me a very fair estimate. He also had the replacement part with him do that there was no need to reschedule for another time. The job was completed quickly and the work space was neat and clean when he finished. I will be happy to use their services any time I need a plumber in the future.

RADIANT CONDUCTED ILLEGAL, UNPERMITTED WORK! RADIANT DID NOT INFORM US THAT THE WORK REQUIRED PERMITS! RADIANT IS AVOIDING ADDRESSING THIS ISSUE! We would have never agreed to allow Radiant to replace our ductwork if we had known that they were doing it illegally.Radiant, would you like to address why you did not acquire the legally required permits for the job we hired you for?The City of Austin has extremely strict permit laws and Radiant failed to acquire the legally required permits for the job we hired them for. Radiant is avoiding addressing our questions about the permits and is only offering $1000 of the $11,697.15 we are owed.We gave Radiant multiple opportunities over several months to revisit and fix issues with their ductwork install in our house. It was a nightmare to schedule any appointments, and none of the techs seemed to be fully aware of the situation when they arrived. After finding out Radiant’s techs were doing illegal, clearly incorrect work, we stopped working with Radiant and hired another company to finish the job and redo most of Radiant’s work.We spoke with an Austin City Inspector who confirmed that it was/is illegal for Radiant to conduct unpermitted work, and, after reviewing photos of the work, the inspector confirmed Radiant’s work on our house was done incorrectly and would not pass an inspection. We informed Radiant’s Customer Relations Specialist, Nicole, that their work was done without a permit and that it was incorrectly done, and we provided pictures of the incompetent and incomplete work. The HVAC Operations Director Ken Price responded by sending us their revised version of the timeline that ignored most of the issues we reported to them, and offered us a 9% refund as an apology without even acknowledging the unpermitted work.The attached photos show Radiant’s shoddy, illegal work. The attached screenshot from Austin’s public online permit search shows all permits opened for our address over the time we had Radiant work at our house, which includes a permit from the company who fixed Radiant’s work, but not a permit from Radiant. The attached email screenshot shows the HVAC Operations Director’s summary of the issues in a response to us, which does not even acknowledge the lack of permits or their blatantly incorrect work. It also shows him ignoring our entire nightmare experience with Radiant to only admit to a couple of scheduling errors.Don’t hire Radiant, unless you’re looking for illegal work with unacceptable results and no accountability!

Dishonest. Charged me $50 just to come out to give me a estimate to auger my drain for the kitchen sink.Their estimate was 2x as much as the company I had come out afterwards.Be aware they charge $300 a hour with a minimum of 1 hours work.

On time and did a good job.

We reached out to L&P Plumbing when we had a water pressure surge that caused knocking in a wall near an outside spigot.Victor came out and did a thorough inspection of our water pressure and the system outside the house. He was very professional and, in the end, said that it was likely a city-caused pressure surge and that we didn’t need to replace or repair any equipment.What a relief to find a company that doesn’t try to find problems where there are none in order to make an extra dollar.I highly recommend L&P based on our interaction with them.

Every person I worked with was very professional and helpful. Our home presents unusual challenges given its 100 plus years of age but they were no problem for our plumbers.

JP did a great job. He was there on time and he was able to solve my problem quickly and efficiently. If I have any plumbing issues in the future I’ll definitely ask for him again.

Jason found me a tankless water heater and installed it the next day. It was a little expensive but worth it since my renters have been without hot water for weeks now. All of the other plumbers I called said it would take weeks. I’m happy.
