Kyle showed up pretty much right on time, we had a chat about what I needed, he gave me the cost of everything up front, then he got right to work. Did great work and cleaned up after himself.

Nathan did a fantastic job diagnosing a dishwasher leak. He arrived promptly, and the tracking app was helpful in knowing exactly when he would arrive. He was exceptionally through, knowledgeable and efficient. He went above and beyond to help with uninstalling my dishwasher safely so we could attend the water damage. I have used Thunderbird Plumbing twice so far, and both experiences were great. Once for installing a water shutoff valve for a refrigerator, and the other to replace a PRV. They are responsive and gave very reasonable quotes over the phone and provided top quality work, as well as being super friendly and knowledgeable. I will be calling on them again for future needs.

I was upset, ney distraught when my plumber arrived without a Benjamin Franklin costume. I had been excited for days waiting for them to arrive, expecting a real life costume as I had seen in the ad. I must admit I had slightly fetishized the encounter, thinking of all the dirty things I could do do Benjamin Franklin. How I yearned for his white curly locks and his massive wrinkled tush. I honestly feared myself, wondering if I would have the self control when he would bend over to repair my sink. I am disappointed in the service provided 1/5 stars.

I went to their webpage and they claim to be able to work on all and any water softeners. After their technician arrive, the first thing out of his mouth was I've never seen nothing like this before. That gave me a bad feeling right from the start. I googled it, and I could tell him what the problem was. Then he started quoting prices, to do guess work on my unit. He took a picture of the standing water in my salt tank, and texted it to his boss to see if he could help. The point I'm making is, Stan's knowingly sent out an under-qualified technician to do work on my water softener. They charged me $97.00 for nothing! I called the supervisor on duty and all he had to say was we don't know how to work on everything. I would call that false advertisement, based on their website. What bothered me most, the supervisor wasn't at all concerned about customer service. I would not recommend them for nothing. Stan's is the worst plumbing service, I've ever used!

Fox in general is great. Jason S in particular was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient as a plumber. Solved my problems quickly.
