I had a leak in our restroom and needed the kitchen sink augured so called a plumbing company. They fixed the leak and then I asked about the kitchen sink he said Oh... I'm sorry... I couldn't clear the line. WHAT??? So back to the internet. I always use small local family owned business and that is how I found Moore & More Plumbing. I scheduled a service call. David Steele showed up with his apprentice, Noah and he said we will try this auger. If it doesn't work then we will bring out the big gun. Well it didn't work... and neither did the big gun auger. Time to step up to the power jet. He came back with serious back up... David Moore showed up as well. They worked and worked and worked on our drain. There was no quit in there game. After several hours and making them late for dinner... our lines are cleared of the years of grease built up. I never write reviews this long... but I just wanted everyone to know just how awesome this company is. I will NEVER use another plumbing company. Moore & More has a client for life. I called and made and appt and took off of work to meet them. They no called no showed and then when I called back and spoke to Tara she said they could come out for an extra $45. I told her I scheduled an appt with one of her plumbers last night and gave her his phone number to verify. She said ok and still wanted to charge me $45 extra. If you own this company and read this please start recording your calls from clients and listening to them because your burning leads. I would give 0 stars if possible for wasting my time.

I called Austin Plumbery and the NEXT morning someone was able to come and diagnose what was wrong with my clogged shower drain. Travis was who helped me and he was great. He explained what he was doing and even did multiple checks around my house to make sure I didn’t have any leaks. I really appreciated his attitude and willingness to explain things to me (I’m a newish homeowner and like to learn about my home’s systems and how they work). I’ll definitely use them again should I need plumbing help.

Prospective employees BEWARE- they will hire you on with big promises, bragging about being understanding of family needs, and then pay you with paper checks and let you go with NO notice and no severance because they find someone more desirable (meaning someone they don’t have to teach, even though that’s the whole point of hiring an apprentice) to them in the moment, rather than honoring what they told you in the hiring process. Imagine letting someone go and using being slightly late twice due to your special needs child needing additional help those mornings as your ammunition, and then handing you a $200 check for the week without an ounce of guilt, knowing you have a child at home dependent upon you. Robert was the technician who fixed my leak. He tried to fix the leak so that I would not have to incur a greater charge than was necessary. When that did not work, he recommended the who faucet fixture be replaced. Which I ok'd, Robert was very personable, friendly, and I took him to be honest. He took care my issue and I would recommend him and his company ABACUS to anyone who needs plumbing work done. Oh, and Robert was a very patient person...I like that...not rushing to get through the job but assuring the work was done right!

Chris Rios, the tech that came out to assess the problem, was polite, professional and helped explain the problem and walked me through the options for repair. After having a new washer installed on Saturday, the water valves for the supply lines were leaking. I called Republic Pipeworks and spoke to Jim and explained my problem. He said don't worry we will get you taken care of today. He came out and fixed my problem by replacing the 20 year old valves. I was very impressed! Jim is honest and professional. I plan on using Republic Pipeworks for all my plumbing needs.
