I have tiki torches that are hooked up to gas in my backyard. One of them had low gas flow. Joshua Brown came and diagnosed the problem through trial and error, he swiftly fixed the problem at what I would call a fair price. Very satisfied, would use their services again.

Brent, Jordan, and Jarrod did great work for a clog garbage disposal. I helped them myself to unclog my garbage disposal. Paid $165.00 for complete service. This service repair seems really high, especially for not replacing the garbage disposal unit itself. It was a very expensive service.

I called Austin Plumbery as a third opinion on an issue going on with my sewer drain line. Ultimately they did not do repair work for me so I am rating them based on an initial diagnostic visit and a follow up.Strengths:- Cool that it's a local, women, and latino owned business- For the first call they were much more thorough than my first two opinions and actually identified that the issue was a lot less bad than I originally thought. Overall, I was really pleased that they didn't just go off of what the two previous guys said, but actually confirmed for themselves. Honestly, this alone saved me thousands of dollars and weeks of work to tunnel under my foundation and replace my pipes.The bad:- After this initial call, I wanted to get the issue fixed ASAP and requested a quote for the repair. It took them a whole week of me calling them every day to finally receive a quote for them *just* to dig a hole in my yard to see what was going on. On the day and time they were supposed to come, they flaked and said they'd have to come the following day instead, which would have been fine except that I had to call them and it was already the end of the day.- Because it had already been more than a week since the tech had been out to my house, the spray paint lines showing where the pipes were in my yard were gone. The tech did not have a scope to be able to figure out where the pipes were so had to go back to the shop to pick it up. He said he would give us a call back but never did.Overall, I'm disappointed because I wanted to give this company my business but ultimately I had to go with another company.

They arrived ahead of schedule and worked on the coldest day of the year to fix several damaged pipes. Everyone from the scheduling team to the plumber was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I’ll definitely work with them again and highly recommend them.

They came to work on a sump pump which apparently they can't actually do. I wasted a day waiting for them and now I have find another company. 2 stars because at least they didn't charge me the trip fee to tell they can't do it.

Totally recommended. First, my air conditioner was not cooling. It did not have the liquid (freon) to cool. I called this company and they came at the exact time. They explained to me everything they would have to do, then they had to replace some coils. They then fixed my air conditioner and it was working perfectly.

This was the best plumbing experience! Great prices, efficient and friendly. Ill never call another plumber again.

I had a leak in a drain pipe under the center of my slab foundation. The plumbing company I have hired many times over the years gave me a ridiculously high quote to tunnel 30 feet to perform the repairs. I was referred to Starr Sewer & Drain by a neighbor, Starr responded quickly and communicated well! The leak turned out to be what they called a “spot-repair”, 1/10 the cost of tunneling.

I highly recommend this company and would use them again in a heartbeat!Michael and the rest of the team were awesome. They were quick, efficient and transparent throughout the entire process. I knew exactly what the expected timeframe and overall cost would be before the replacement came in, which in turn sped up the whole insurance claim process. I have not had any issues with the new water heater since the installation date a couple of weeks ago. Very happy with the results and process as a whole.
