Excellent service from the review process, to receiving a competitive quote, to the actual installation. The tankless water system was installed over an entire day and the technicians even agreed to complete the project by that evening to ensure we had hot water that night. They even returned immediately a few days after we called regarding a post-installation concern/question, which ended up being a non-issue. Professionalism at the highest level!

Pierre and his team are fantastic! We recently had a leaking water softener and were not sure how to change out the part that was leaking. Pierre was able to assess the problem quickly and came out to fix the issue right away. He was at our house bright and early the next morning and had the issue fixed within 10 minutes. Woke up this morning to a leaky pipe flooding one of our front beds and streaming down the driveway ? Made a couple calls around to different plumbers but with the freezes lately wreaking havoc on everyone’s pipes, the earliest i could get someone to make it out was in four days! Then I got in contact with Redbud Plumbing and they were at our house by noon today. Patched up the pipe, dug the deepest hole I’ve seen in a long while to get to it, and restarted our water all in a handful of hours. Very grateful for his timely arrival and his excellent work! Will absolutely use them for all our plumbing needs in the future.

Jaime Santana did an excellent job with broken water pipes repair at St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church in Manor, where I am the pastor. After the winter storm of February 2021, the water pipes of all of our buildings were damaged. Mr. Santana assessed the situation, explained what was required, and finished the repairs in a timely manner. He also ensured that all faucets/toilets/water outlets were properly working, and did the appropriate repairs when needed. I highly recommend Santana Plumbing Company LLC.

i first learned about Good Flow Plumbing on our Barton Hills neighborhood website and we want to thank those who took the time to report about this great company. We have had a lot of experience over the years and these guys were the best! They have our business from now on and their price was reasonable as well.

Al is great. He is very responsive and does a great job. Our 25-year-old tank water heater was leaking and stopped working on a Sunday morning. Al came out and installed a new tank that day for a very fair price even though it was a Sunday. We always use Al for our plumbing repairs and projects.
