While trying to get my property ready for resale, a leak sprung up where my yard meets the sidewalk. I called Rooter-Man on Monday morning and they were out to look at it later that afternoon. They were transparent about the nature of the repair and gave me an estimate there. 5 hours later it was all taken care of. I couldn't ask for more.

I submitted a ticket through Angie to about 6 different plumbers: Not only was Daniel's the only one to get back to me, the did so within a half an hour. Mack and Preston were awesome to work with. Both were on time and professional. Mack's assessment and quote were without surprises. Preston was on time, tidy, and installed the replacement equipment professionally. I would highly recommend Daniel's to anyone looking looking for a plumber.

Pierre’s staff are top quality, from the project manager to the installation workers.We had a situation involving old water tanks that could not easily be removed from our attic.Not only did one of the guys, who had prior experience on a frame crew, warn me off of making a significant mistake regarding a demo idea I suggested as a way to get the things out, they also cheerfully set them up again after initially draining, so that we could have water until a remedy was decided.The remedy was a Rinnai Tankless water heater.We also researched Navien and can safely say either brand is a good choice.We had been aware of the tankless option but skeptical. We shouldn’t have been. It is operating perfectly, and the savings on our energy bill are tremendous. Many other features like the smartphone app to remotely control it and the latitude they give you over parameters - regarding max heat temps for example - are persuasive examples of why you should try tankless.Regarding A & T itself though, particular recognition must go to Don, a supervisor and on-site coordinator - and his team, Drew and Daniel.These guys are pros. They can solve problems.They are available during early and odd hours, when the inevitable kinks have to be worked out. They gave us a great price.Going forward, we will be taking our all of future business there, be it mundane yearly checks, or major work.

These plumbers are a dream to work with, helping with all manner of plumbing nightmares! I don't think anyone else in Austin can match the speed and quality of Mr. Rooter's service, not by a long shot.

I finished renovating a rental property and the last day on the project I had a water leak in the main kitchen. I spent 30 minutes and couldn't find where the leak came from.I am from out of state and had a 20 hour drive the same day. I messaged several plumbing services and 1st Home quoted me the cheapest price and arrived within one hour.The first technician was very nice and did everything he could to find the leak and non of us can figure where the puddle of water was coming from. Unfortunately I had to leave the state and prayed that the leak would fix it self.I had a friend check in on the house and there was a puddle of water beneath the sink. We recalled 1st Home while on. The road and they sent a different technician within an hour of the same day. He spent 30 minutes trying to find the leak and couldn't locate it. As soon he called me the to tell me he couldn't find anything the leak finally presented itself and he fixed it.On top of that they didn't recharge me for another service call. We felt so relieved for the rest of the drive home.So, I highly recommend them for speedy service with the cheapest service fee.

I had several broken pipes due to the cold weather. Called More and Moore plumbing. They came out as soon as they could. Made very professional repairs. Their tech's were courteous and professional. Pricing was very reasonable. Would recommend them to anyone.

The famous Travis was just as fabulous as other reviewers described. He made quick, expert diagnoses of three different problem areas and provided knowledgeable, skilled repairs. Travis was efficient, thorough, professional, pleasant, and was a great communicator. He left all areas clean to the best of his ability. After this first experience, we pledge our allegiance to Austin Plumbery!Update: We used AP again and Travis came to help. And again, it was a completely positive experience.

I was in desperate need for a new alcove bathtub for a remodel I was doing. After wasting days checking the big box stores and looking at overpriced junk, I thought there had to be a better way. I contacted Chris over Redbud Plumbing for some advice. I realized that this was more fixture related issue than actual plumbing issue but my thinking was that with the experience these guys have, surely they would be able to point me in the right direction on a quality product. Chris took the time and came up with a few options in my price point. He provided a detailed overview of each option which made my decision so much easier. He ordered it for me from one of their suppliers and I had my tub installed a few days later. Thank you for the outstanding customer service Chris and Redbud plumbing. You guys are fantastic!

Very professional service, would definitely use again and recommend to all family and friends. We have used Santanas Plumbing services for different projects and repairs around the house and Jaime always has provided us high quality work at very reasonable cost.

Terrible service. We had an issue with a clogged drain pipe and all they did was come out and unclog it. When I spoked to their team about what caused it, they told us it was because of wipes and feminine products, but we don't even throw those down the toilet so we were confused as to how that was the cause. We actually had the clog happen again a few days later on the weekend so we had to call another company that was open and they actually took a look at it and saw the pipe was broken. When I called Good Flow back about how their team gave me the wrong information they just said told us oh well. Before calling Good Flow, I HIGHLY SUGGEST calling Rescue Rooter or Radiant Plumbing, they're actually open on the weekend, their prices are much better and they aren't going to scam you out of a job and money. If I could rate this 0 stars I would.

Al is great. He is very responsive and does a great job. Our 25-year-old tank water heater was leaking and stopped working on a Sunday morning. Al came out and installed a new tank that day for a very fair price even though it was a Sunday. We always use Al for our plumbing repairs and projects.

Dalton was very quick and knowledgeable about what he was going to do to fix my plumbing problem. If there was an issue he would point it out to me and then give me options on what he could do to fix it.

Out Switches kept tripping in the kitchen resulting in the dishwasher not turning on. Put in a request for an appointment Saturday morning and Michael W. showed up less than 2 hours later. After explaining the problem he started testing the switches, checked out the breaker panel, all the whole explaining exactly was he was doing and why there was a problem. He ended up replacing a faulty breaker, fixed an outdated outlet and install a GFCI outlet in the garage. He also provided us with various quotes of what we can do do bring our electrical up to better standards
