I called on a Saturday morning with an urgent issue. The after-hours receptionist took down my information and I received a call from the plumber, Colin, within a few minutes. He then arrived within an hour and resolved the issue, clearly explained what else needed to be done, and was very friendly as well.

I had such a great experience with Benjamin and his team I felt compelled to share. I had a leak coming from my water heater, turns out it was a water pressure issue and I didn’t need a new heater! I was so impressed with the knowledge and honesty during visit. Benjamin went over some options and concerns with me and I had him do the work the same day. It was a refreshing experience that you won’t get with your typical contractor!

I inquired with Daniel's Plumbing about PRV replacement. Thankfully, they did waive the service fee to inspect the site when I asked. The plumber quoted me a price of $1,400 on his iPad without even inspecting the site. Taskrabbit replaced for $130 and did a detailed inspection and explained the job task. I'd recommend doing your research before paying that price.

I don't know much about plumbing and was nervous to call but Ashley was super nice! Thanks for the help.

They were the third plumber to come out and fix our problem. They fixed it immediately and their creativity saved us a lot of money. We can tell the quality of work is high and we will use them again!

Update 11/17 - 3 days later, sink is clogged again and now my faucet extension hose gets stuck half the times I use it. I'm done.Update: Alvin Santoy came back today. He explained that any time you take pipes out and change things, you possibly impact the seal of the sink. He rechecked everything and fixed the ptrap. So far so good. Thanks to Alvin for his responsiveness.Work was done to unclog drain and while here the plumber moved things around, rerouted the cord from the dishwasher to the garbage disposal and not sure what else. Besides the clogged drain, we had never had any other plumbing problems, no leaks, no issues with the garbage disposal. Suddenly, post the repair we have issues with the pipes under the sink and there is a lot of leakage. The plumber indicated there was a leak in the p-trap and provided an estimate for an additional repair on top of the $350+ I paid for the clogged drain. It just feels as if the work done to unclog the drain caused more issues as now instead of having water backing up in the sink I have water pooling under the sink in the wood cabinets.I sent a note to them to ask for a revisit and received a call from someone who basically told me it was likely a problem with the p-trap and that's why I have the water. But, again, I had no issues prior to the repair visit.Hoping they can resolve the issues. But must admit I was not a fan of the agent who tried to say the issues were due to me not adding on another service with Mr. Rooter.Stay tuned for update!

He has repaired and updated the different sinks, tubs, and toilets in the upstairs bathrooms that were in disrepair. Everything now runs, drains, and flushes so much more cleanly and efficiently than I could remember. They sent Paul over - had an issue with a leak in the wall. Paul was very thorough checking potential problems and showed me the issue (it ended up being an AC issue). He was super polite and told me a bunch of tips for preventing issues with plumbing and AC!

I hardly ever write reviews anywhere, for anything, and am pretty private (hence the weird Google name, lol), but had to for these guys. A long-time friend of mine suggested Redbud to me because I was looking for the impossible: professional work, ballpark range of costs upfront with no hidden fees later, experience in working with older homes, a company taking COVID precautions (masks, shoe booties, etc), leave no trace of trash/leftover materials and has excellent customer service. She raved about them & the integrity of their owner. Redbud has exceeded my expectations! I should have written a review last year, but I like to evaluate a company thoroughly first.We had several estimates done on our leaky tub & clogged drain. Not only did they have competitive prices, they fixed the problem & was one of the two companies that actually found the leak in the crawl space.We called them again for our low-pressure shower output, which turned out to be a diverter problem and now the strong flow is awesome. The new faucet is perfect for our claw-foot tub.Another time our hot water heater was corroded, leaked into the house & stopped working. They replaced it and added a drip pan prevent water from ever leaking into the house like that again.One time our furnace needed repair, but the repairman said we also needed a plumber to bring a certain part of the repair job up to code, which that company would be more than happy to do with their own plumber. We let that company take care of the HVAC. However, we called Chris at Redbud & it cost less than half what the other company's plumbing department would have charged. The HVAC company even commented that Redbud did their part of the job right.Now, our kitchen faucet leaks and the pipes underneath the sink are starting to corrode. I didn't think twice, and never will, about who to call for all of our plumbing services.Unlike some companies, they don't tour through your home looking for extra work or have lengthy conversations to convince/upsell you to buy something you don't need. Santana Plumbing Company Llc. gave us a better price than the 3 plumbers we had previously contacted, to replace the LP GAS Water Heater in our house, including the plumbing permit and the inspections.

Joel and his team from Good Flow are exceptional! They did such a great job on moving a water heater, we had them come back and do more work on our bathroom. Joel's team showed up on time, completed the work within the time frame, and went the extra distance and alerted us to further problems on the bathroom, we were able to get everything completed at the some time. If you want the job done right the first time then Joel and his team will do that for you.

I discovered a significant water leak in my yard late in the morning. ABC went out of their way to redirect a tech to shut off my water until they could schedule a plumber. They got someone on the job the next day and worked hard to get the main water line repaired. Every person I interacted with was 100% courteous and helpful. They are my go to people.
