Brett Bidwell at Mr. Rooter is the man! After the recent icepocalypse in Texas, we had a busted copper pipe in the attic. It was impossible to get a hold of any plumbers. I saw a Mr. Rooter truck across the street, and I went over to try to get on their list. Brett made time to assess our problem and fix it at the end of that same day, on his own time, after his shift was over. He got us patched up, and Mr. Rooter got us fixed up permanently three days later.

Had a backed up kitchen sink drain that I had been wrestling with since 9 AM. I called the Roto-Rooter number and within 30 Minutes Andre was at my house. Within the hour it was clear and unplugged and he was done. Andre was extremely helpful, professional, and polite. I will definitely be calling them again in the future when I need plumber or other services.

Really helped us out! We had water in front of our house on the street and our meter box was flooded. We had a broken pipe somewhere and needed someone good at water main repair and fast! Lee was professional and prompt, he gave my husband an estimate over the phone and texted us when he was en route. He had the tools to locate the leak and the parts on hand so it was a quick repair and good news for us! Definitely calling if we ever need a water main repair again.

When they say If You're Not Happy, We're Not Finished, it is no joke. Even though there was some unexpected development in the middle, they went all the way to resolve my original issue. And then when I asked for small follow up patch job, they replied with thorough high quality work that made me feel quite guilty. Customer satisfaction driven, I think they are built to grow. Very nice people but they have gotten crazy expensive. They sent out two people (one appeared to be a trainee) on a non-weekend and non-emergency call. A garden hose faucet (bibb) needed replacing and I was afraid that I had messed it up since it would not come off and got a tiny bit twisted around.The people were nice and decided that the only thing needed was to unscrew the old faucet (it took some muscles) and screw the new one on. The cost was just under $250! Seriously, they only had to unscrew the old one and screw on the new one. Took about 15 minutes and they even had me turn the water to the house off and later back on myself. And the faucet itself is now crooked!I contacted the company and the owner feels that the charge is reasonable. Too bad that he has gotten so greedy and charges so much. He must have a yacht payment due.

Texas got hit with major freezing/snow leaving my house with busted pipes and no water. I called several plumbers and many didn’t even get back due to the backlog. I saw Joe from Austin Plumbery driving to a job and asked if he could help. Even though he had many other jobs he needed to finish that day, he followed me to my house and fixed my pipe to get us up and running in less than an hour. We are very thankful and will use Austin plumbery as our default plumbing source going forward.

Diagnostic proved entirely unreliable. Your tech determined that the problem was faulty/worn wiring to the water heater and that we should call an electrician. The electrician determined that 1. any work would be a safety risk to himself, all occupants, and the home and 2. that a/another plumber could best determine whether the 10 year old unit needed to be replaced or repaired FIRST before any electrical work is done. A waste of time and money -- and twice more money for the electrician's after-hours diagnostic.

While it took two separate appointments to resolve my issue, both gentlemen showed up on time, were extremely professional, and worked through my issue for a successful resolution. Had a different company out in January to fix a water line leak, but the leak came back six-seven months later. O&M came out within a week, explained the problem to me clearly, and fixed it in a couple of hours. The techs were friendly and professional, and the work comes with a year warranty. Would def use them for future plumbing issues!

Oscar 1159 was the technician who came to my home to do a tune up on my heating system. He called a half hour before he came and arrived on time as he promised. The tune up was very informative and my heating unit is running much better. Oscar was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciate the work that he completed and will ask for him again when I have my AC unit serviced.
