Hello all, I recently encountered a leak that was somewhere in my home in which of course I contacted Fast Plumbing, as I have used this company for a remodeling of my kitchen sink. I am happy to relay that not only were they professional in their leak detection...they were thorough in replacing the once already leaking area in which another plumbing company had fixed years back!!! They went above and beyond by assuring me that they used the most current and updated plumbing fittings to resolve this slow ongoing leak. I received next day completion and feel very confident that this particular leak has been once and for all taken care of properly!!!! Thanks guys you were awesome.

Graham and Manny came out to flush the pipes after two incidents of sewage backup. The pipes are old and iron, therefore there was a significant amount of gunk and corrosion. They worked quickly and did a great job. Any water in the sink is draining faster than I've seen in the 2 years we've lived here and we haven't had any further issues. Thanks guys!

I give my recent plumbing experience five stars. My hot water heater went out in the morning and they had it replaced and repaired by the evening. I went through two plumbers via my home warranty (American Home Shield) before giving a call to Johnny Rooter. Not only was Cameron able to fix my sink stoppage/clog with professional ease, he was a really cool guy! I will recommend Johnny Rooter (and Cameron) to everyone I know and will personally not be using another plumber while I live in Austin.

Ben Franklin, and especially Dillon, have continued to do great work on my 30y old house. He has repaired and updated the different sinks, tubs, and toilets in the upstairs bathrooms that were in disrepair. Everything now runs, drains, and flushes so much more cleanly and efficiently than I could remember. I setup an appointment for the $123 drain cleaning promotion (clear the blog, run a camera, 123 day warranty).I was told that I needed to have an accessible clean out outside, which I do. Upon arrival, the technician stated that I don't qualify because the clog was inside. At this point, I either have to pay the $50 service fee or the, more than double, repair fee of $297 and no warranty. I was not given an option to not pay anything. As the customer, I have no way of knowing that I don't qualify for the special and by the time I find out from the technician, I am required to pay some amount of money, even if no work is performed. I request a special, I was told that I don't qualify for the special and switch to a much more expensive service with no option to refuse service without a fee. There is a name for that practice and it's down right dishonest!I opted to have the service done because I didn't want to shove $50 down my already clogged drain only to call someone else and pay another fee plus the repair. It turns out, the clog was in the cast iron pipes in the slab. The pipes in the slab would have been accessible from the cleanout. It sure seems like I should have qualified for the special!
