Excellent service during a break in the sewer line under our house. Very knowledgable and upfront in pricing and scheduling. Involved removing brick, going through 21 inches of concrete , and then tunneling before repairing broken pipe. Very courteous to work with.

What a gem of a small business! Both Emily, who scheduled us within two days, and Benjamin, the plumber/owner, were so personable and professional. Benjamin was a wealth of knowledge and quickly diagnosed and remedied our issue. So psyched to have found a new, local, dependable plumber!

We called Daniel’s Plumbing and scheduled an appointment for the very next day. They called in the morning to confirm the appt and Cleveland showed up right on time. After diagnosing the problem and educating us on the process to fix it he got right to work. Cleveland was very professional and a pleasure to do business with and was able to fix our issues within an hour for a very reasonable price. As a service manager myself I very much appreciated his approach and would highly recommend him and this company. Thank you!

Due to the freeze we had a pipe burst. This happened last year too and we had such great service we decided to call Roto-Rooter again. They arrived the same day! Jose and Jesus were the same guys that came over last year! Lol got everything fixed in less than an hour, they just needed the glue to dry. Thank you Roto-Rooter!!!

Let's be real. Nobody wants to call a plumber. Not on a Saturday, which is, of course, when all plumbing issues are scheduled to appear, not when you have sewage coming into the house instead of out of it, and especially not when every plumber in town is booked a month in advance because of the winder storm. I called six plumbers, and Plumb Masters were the only ones to answer immediately. Yes, it's more expensive on the weekend, but try telling your SO that we're just going to have to hold it for 48 hours. Anyway, Plumb Masters scheduled Jami to come over right away. He was very clear in what he was going to do and was very well equipped (with gadgets I had never seen) to diagnose the problem. The diagnosis was not good: collapsed drainage pipe. Need to dig. Jami explained the cost differences depending on where the problem was (ranging from 'that's not cheap' to 'let's just walk away from the house and move to the mountains'). Still, Jami used the snake to clear up a bit of the pipe so we could start using the restroom again immediately! They scheduled to come back and do the work on Monday. This time Jami was working with Jordan, and this dynamic duo of drainage doctors took to the front yard to locate the broken pipe. When they finally located it, it turned out that roots had gotten in through a screw-top lid that the builder didn't put cement on. The pipe was not burst or collapsed, so Jami and Jordan called me outside, they talked to their office and discounted the heck out of the original quote. The cleared out the pipe and cemented the lid so it never happens again. I really appreciated the honesty as well as the care they took to mark the hole so people wouldn't fall into it while the cement dried. A few days later Jami and Jordan came back and closed everything up in a matter of minutes with no fuss. I do recommend you call them have them quote you for the repair, even over the weekend, because they were fast and clearly know what they're doing.

Zachary was amazing! He was punctual and professional through and through. He came to do our leak inspection and was the most professional plumber I have yet to meet. He was clean, and respectful of our home and surroundings. And gave his professional opinion on what needed to be fixed. I could not be happier with a inspection process. Thank you for your service.

First time to use O&M and I was very pleased. I had several items that needed attention. Alex showed up on time, listened to my concerns, provided explanations & an estimate for each issue, worked quickly and left the entire area clean. Everything works fine now and I felt their charges were fair. The communication was great - the appointment, appointment reminder, status, estimates, payment receipt & followup - everything is well documented through email. I'll will definitely call them for future plumbing needs.

I highly recommend Davis Plumbing to anyone needing a plumber. Raymond and his assistant fixed a plumbing issue in the guest bathroom in a timely manner. They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and honest. I've dealt with many dishonest plumbers. I can assure that Davis Plumbing would be our plumbing company if we weren't moving out of town. Customer service via the main number was great. The lady I spoke with was very helpful, friendly and professional.

I just had one of the worst customer service experiences I have had with these guys. I had used them for over a decade with great results but that has changed. I understand the reluctance to give labor rates over the phone but the refusal to give the price of a specific toilet model (as in the part) reeks of bait and switch. Further, I could not even get a call back to confirm my service appointment and find out today that they are now booked for the next two weeks. I wish I had called someone else.
