I called Rooter Man plumbing for an estimate, and Curtis came to do the bid. He is friendly, easy-going, and efficient. He sent us a bid the next day. We had one other bid that day and called that evening to tell Curtis we would like to hire him.He arrived at 10 a.m. the next day as promised, and worked diligently through 3/4's of the project. He returned promptly the next day and finished by lunch. He answered all my questions patiently and offered suggestions for the continuing project.Curtis is knowledgeable, thorough, hardworking, and easy to talk to. He did the work quickly and efficiently. If we have future plumbing needs, he is the person I shall call to do the work.

I hired Clarke Kent Plumbing for a drain camera inspection that was meant to take place this morning. I am in the option period for buying our home that ends Monday so timing is pretty important here. Not only did they cancel at the last minute, the only way they'd come back today is if I paid an extra 250 dollars, even though they didn't show up in the first place and have no other availability until my option period is over. I'm really disappointed in the lack of professionalism, and the position they put me in (scrambling to find a plumber that will do an inspection on Memorial day weekend). If you need reliability, look elsewhere.

I have used Mr. Rooter for quite a few years. They have done a variety of general plumbing jobs for us as well as major jobs like replacing a sewer line. They are always polite and on time, and in general do good work.My most recent experience however, makes me question whether I will use them again. We purchased a new toilet to replace an older model and I was planning to install it myself. However, I discovered that the water cutoff valve to the toilet was an old style valve with flare fittings and could not find a fill line that would fit. So I called Mr. Rooter to replace the valve with a more modern ball valve. I was given an estimate ($286) which seemed really high but I thought maybe it was more complicated than I thought. Well it wasn't -- the technician (who by the way was very nice -- no complaint with him) simply unsoldered the old valve and soldered in an adapter and new valve (actual time to complete all this was like 20 minutes plus a trip to a supply house because he didn't have the correct valve in his truck). So my $150 toilet ended up costing $450 thanks to the valve replacement and I'm still not sure why I was charged so much for the work.

Horrible management Lee In particular....I would rather over spend for some plumbing work than to do business with guys.

We are a metal fabrication shop (Austin Iron) and was in need of immediate service. The shop was in jeopardy of having a major water supply issue. AAA Auger dispatch was very attentive to our situation and was able to send someone out within the hour. Wayne and Ty are the real hero's. Wayne was prompt and went above expectations. Wow! If you want the best service in town, you have to call Travis Whitby with Austin Plumbery. He fixed a leak in our yard for a reasonable price! Travis explained everything to us and was so efficient. He is a hard worker and is highly skilled in his craft. I trust Travis 100 percent and will call him in the future if I need more repairs.

My appointment was a re- schedule. When i spoke with Customer service I called regarding add on television for $123.00 or some close that provide camera- service since I had two issues- 1st issue was cold water value replacement-2nd issue was to assistance in finding cause of odor. The rep. stated that all trucks would come eqipped with everthing. When the service tech. who name was David J. arrived he did not have a camera.I really do not blame him he did a wonderful- He did did why my cold was running slow due clogged outlet and hose. But my issue was not totally revolved . He provide three that i need to review and follow-up with. i advise would time to come up with fund but would contact him with 30-45 days

Our AC stopped working later in the evening. Called Goettl and they were able to send a technician! Jarod W came after dark and was able to look at our unit. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Showed us what steps we needed so keep our current older unit instead of a costly new one. We even signed up for routine maintenance so keep our unit for a long as possible. Unfortunately it was an electrical switch problem and not our AC so we had to call an electrician.

Home warranty assigned a contractor that wouldn’t come till the end of the week, it’s 100 degrees in Texas! Called Stan’s and had an appointment 2 hours later, maybe it was timing, but Andrew showed up, great communication, very informative, and had our AC back up to cool the family off. Will definitely call Stan’s rather than home warranty next time. Thank you!

These guys are great. We had them out to replace a PRV valve and they went above and beyond after some unforeseen issues came up. Everyone was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again in the future.

I had a water spigot supply line pipe break inside the wall of the home. i called neighborhood plumbing and they dispatched a truly professional plumber to my location right away. It was not an easy fix, yet they made it seam as if it was not a problem working in such a tight spot. I highly recommend neighborhood plumbing due to efficiency, knowledge and materials that were supplied by neighborhood plumbing to make the repair. Top notch, quality and service!

I had a leak in a drain pipe under the center of my slab foundation. The plumbing company I have hired many times over the years gave me a ridiculously high quote to tunnel 30 feet to perform the repairs. I was referred to Starr Sewer & Drain by a neighbor, Starr responded quickly and communicated well! The leak turned out to be what they called a “spot-repair”, 1/10 the cost of tunneling.

I was hoping that my tankless water heater, which was damaged during the Big Freeze, could be repaired. Dennis did his best to diagnose the issue and obtain the parts. The manufacturer sent the wrong parts more than once, then finally admitted they no longer stock the needed parts. With no repair possible, Dennis replaced my water heater quickly and at a fair price. Highly recommend.
