Kyle H, senior drain specialist, and Jalen D, drain technician, came to help us with our sewer repair. They were extremely, knowledgeable, thorough and attentive to detail. Very informative and helpful. They were pleasant and polite young men. Will definitely continue using their services.

1st time using them. The work performed was to locate a sewage line, so I am not sure about quality if doing more complicated work. However, they were really friendly and professional, so I will definitely give them a call next time I need plumbing services.

I had a sewer pipe that had broken Talmage came to my rescue He repaired my pipe and went way above and beyond to make sure that it didn’t leak again. If you need a plumber I highly recommend economy plumbing

The absolute BEST experience I've ever had with a plumbing company! I called and spoke to Brett and he was so kind and helpful. He sent out Mark Lucas for my emergency repair. Thanks to Mr. Rooter we now have hot water and a water heater that was repaired correctly. HIGHLY recommend!Backstory:I came home Fri evening to my waterheater spraying out water and it had flooded my laundry room and office closet. Wood floor is ruined. I immediately called my home warranty company, which has zero sense of urgency. I spent all weekend without hot water because the company they contracted Keilly Plumbing works M-F 8-5...sooo convenient . Boiling water for baths sucks!I had to call them first thing Monday (today) morning MYSELF and luckily (or so I thought) they were able to have their technician Dustin come out around 3. I met with him he worked on it for about 45 min. I had to leave to head back to work so I left my daughter to be available. He stopped in and said he was done and left. About an hour after he left my husband comes home to check it all out only to find the waterheater now SPEWING WATER EVERYWHERE!! Once again, a flooded laundry room, mushy sheetrock, and flooded office closet. Soo awesome! NOT! I was and still am absolutely furious!! I called Dustin and got a voicemail which wasn't set up so you couldnt leave a message. Awesome. I text and sent a picture. He responded stating he was on another job and couldn't come until maybe sometime between 2-4 tomorrow (Tues). I'm sorry, but you just f*cked up my waterheater even worse with your sh*t soldering job making the copper weak. Horrible. DO NOT USE KEILLY PLUMBING!! They don't have a clue what they're doing. I will be filing a formal complaint on them as well. They not only cost me the $75 for the warranty charge, but because Mr. Rooter had to fix Keilly's shotty bs work, we had to pay $611.00 more to have it done right.Needless to say I will be canceling my American Home Shield warranty and will do my best to make sure everyone is aware of how poor of a company that Keilly Plumbing is. Homeowners beware!!We will recommend Mr. Rooter to everyone we know and on our socials for everyone to see. They are amazing and we are customers for life. Thank you Brett and Mark!!!

Dylan with Ben Franklin plumbing was amazing and so knowledgeable and patient with us regarding our issue. Being new home owners we are learning a lot about our house and we just had a crash course in sewer plumbing. Dylan was quick, assessed the issue, provided us with great information and things to look out for, etc. He resolved our issue quickly and we also had him quote more plumbing items we need to fix sooner than later. I can rest easy now that my issue is fixed and learned a ton in the process.

I had several burst pipes after the snow storm in February. Alex and Dessie were out to me and were able to sort me out in no time. It was also far more affordable than the jobs many of my neighbors had done for similar work. Definitely would recommend!

This is the second time I have called this company and like the first time, on the second time they gave me a price that was double the price of what another plumber charged. Specifically, they asked for $325 for a job that had $20 worth of parts, and took another plumber to complete in 20 minutes (parts included) for half the price. I do not recommend them, their prices are set to take advantage of the situation you are in. I have no idea about the quality of their work, but don't waist your time with them unless price is not a concern. I have to give them one star - because the review can't be submitted with 0 starts, which is what they really deserve.)

They we're able to make a prompt appointment to assess why my house was so hot. Come to find out it was a pretty costly issue. They took the time to explain the issues and provide pictures as proof. A quote was provided quickly. We got a quote from another company that was only 100 dollars cheaper. We decided to go with Go Heating and Cooling because the cost included new nest thermostat and the reviews online were stellar. The reviews were not wrong, we had excellent service and now have an AC that works properly.

I called with a clogging problem in our kitchen sink. After doing some research, the technician discovered that our problem was caused by a nail that was driven into our drain pipe at the time of our home's construction. The damaged pipe was cut and repairs were made. The job was done in a very timely and professional manner. I highly recommend Turbo!

Great company and have used there services before. Got my house up and running after the winter storm. I highly recommend them and if you get Dallas and Carlisle as your techs. Even better.

I was expecting a tech to come out and troubleshoot my issue, instead I got a salesman trying to sell me a new over priced water heater. Nice sales people with good customer service skills for sure, (out 60 bucks just to talk). If your looking for a drain in your economy then this is the place for you. As for me I will be taking my business else where.

Had an intermittent problem with my A/C cutting on and off. Contacted Elite and they were able to schedule me promptly. Didn't want to be without an A/C at this time of year. The technician, Caelan, was great to work with. Very professional and quickly solved the problem. I'll definitely use Elite again.

Called Advanced Plumbing which was my first experience with them. I talked with Mike and he came out that morning. I had no hot water and he diagnosed why, very quickly. My water heater is in the attic and it was leaking. Thankfully the drip pan and the hose directing the water to leak outside was working properly. My water heater was not repairable. Mike explained everything very clearly to me and when my son called, he took the time to explain everything to him as well. Mike is very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied. He replaced my water heater and had everything done that day around 4:00 which was beyond my expectations. Excellent company to work with.
