Being as brief as possible, this review is specific to the company's representatives general business practices in regard to their lack of tech schedule tracking and lack of customer courtesy calls or callbacks when tech are delayed. I am not questioning the company's techs ability to resolve issues. I scheduled a week in advance for service between 10-Noon. On day of service, I received no status or courtesy calls when the Noon hr went by. Knowing it is the start of peak season for AC issues and that unforeseen issues can occur, I was patient. At 12:15, I called and they didn't know whom I was and would call me back with a status. 45 mins later, I called again they said I was next on the schedule and would be there before 2:30pm. Again, 2:30pm rolls by without a courtesy or status call. I patiently waited until 3:49pm and called them again, they said they would check with their techs and called me back at 4:30pm saying they are still trying to reach their techs for a status. I waited for a callback until 5:45pm before I had to call them again to inform them I had to cancel due to other scheduled family obligations to which I had delayed for over 6hrs. After a full day of my patience and understanding, their response was literally, Ok click. There was no apology or attempt to reschedule at my nearest convenience. To all future customers, this company's representatives have no loyalty or general concern to some of it's customers. For those that have had great experiences with this company, I am happy to hear that you were on the good end of the stick. In my particular case, I was inconvenienced for several hours and then cast aside without any consideration. I truly hope future and existing customers get a better experience than mine. Thank you.
